This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Dieses Tiny House ist für 2 Personen. Das Haus verfügt über eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank und Stauraum. Der Wohnbereich ist offen gestaltet. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. Der Schlafbereich befindet sich im Schlafloft über dem Wohnraum und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Große Fenster sorgen für einen Ausblick ins Grüne. Eine kleine überdachte Terrasse ergänzt den Innenraum und bietet Platz zum Verweilen im Freien.

Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The Finnish log cabin has a covered veranda from which you can see the 3000 m² forest. In the area you can find cycling and hiking trails. Ideal for nature-loving people. The vacation home is a former carport built in the half-timbered style and is located on a 3000 m² property together with the landlord's house in a quiet forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from the main road 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bedding and towels are provided. The location is ideally suited for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
