Vacation in the old mill

The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Our thatched-roof, 200-year-old farmhouse is idyllically located between the North Sea dike, about 500 meters away, and the small village of Seefeld, right in front of the Butjadingen peninsula. We take pride in the particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere that we enjoy here with our guests year after year. In the village, an old gallery - Dutch mill with monthly country women's market awaits you. Butjadingen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven offer a varied range of leisure activities for everyone.

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

I am happy to pass on my cottage to people passing through or vacationers. It is centrally located in the village near the dyke. Shopping is within walking distance. Linens and towels included 3 bicycles (adult) + 1 children's 20-inch can be booked by arrangement for a small fee. E-bike on request as well. Public transportation is within easy reach. The garden in southwest location offers a garden house, seating, lounger and a relaxing hanging swing

Pure relaxation (for the whole family): You live in a 125 sqm basement apartment of a charming, listed and renovated in 2021 house in the old village center of Rodenkirchen, in the (Lower Saxon) Wesermarsch. The 1600 sqm plot - which you can use completely - is surrounded by old trees, wild growth and a lot of open space for playing, camping or celebrating. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Non-smoking holiday apartment / 2 adults. We have insect screens, blinds in the bedroom, and a fan for hot days. Pets are not allowed. Not suitable for wheelchairs (entrance too narrow with steps). The vacation home is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend community. It is spacious, bright, with modern furnishings, and very well equipped. It's heavenly there in every season and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddleboard (SUP).

The spacious, well-equipped apartment is a five-minute walk from Varel harbor. The apartment has two rooms (a large living room and a bedroom), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen and direct access to the garden. I live next door with my husband.
