Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. Spanning 23 m² (248 sq. ft.), it includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 liters, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a 120-cm bed, and in the living room, there is a 90-cm sofa bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

Only 3 km to the swimming area. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest town. The sea is also close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is only 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog, which serves Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday, 7 minutes from here.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.
