My family and I were very pleased with Eric and his lake house. It was perfect, clean, and very inviting. The home and location matched the pictures; in fact, it was better in person. Everything we wanted to do was there, we only went to the market. Eric was very attentive and when I had a question or a concern- he was quick to follow up and he was a great communicator. He responses were prompt and friendly. This meant everything to me. He did not act like a stranger; he welcomed us into his beautiful home. If I had my way, I'd still be there but work calls. I would highly recommend Eric and his lake house. I'm already talking to my husband about making plans to go back next year around the same time. If you're looking for a home beside the water with kayaks, grills, fire pit, and life jackets and close to beaches and most importantly a host who cares and will be attentive, check out this property and Eric. They both deliver.

We had a wonderful time with family attending a local event! Home was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The surrounding area was beautiful! Joanna was an excellent host. We would definitely stay again!

My family was looking for a local weekend getaway, and this house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. Krystal was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had to do an early check-in due to work call and Krystal made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. It was super clean and well-maintained, and we spent most of our weekend swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. The house itself was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. We had such a great time and made memories we’ll always cherish. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful and fun escape. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Lake Anna was perfect from start to finish. The house is beautiful and Daniel was always available to answer any questions. We travelled with another family and it was the perfect trip for our young families. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Woodbridge! It’s a nice neighborhood and very easy driving distance to various stores. Kim was very welcoming and always has good recommendations for what to do in the area!

If you want a peaceful, waterfront getaway, this is the spot. The house is very accommodating, and has a lot of amenities - the Breville espresso machine was a huge hit. But, even the espresso machine couldn't compete with the private dock. We spent our nights with relaxing down there with lines in the water. Everyone that attended agreed this AirBnB was perfect. And to top it off, the hosts were very nice and communicative. We could tell that they truly wanted to make sure our stay was a good one. If you are looking for a getaway stay in Stafford area, really consider this place.

Kevin communicated with us well and the house was great. We had lots of room and the pool was wonderful. We plan on coming thanksback again.

Rosa's place was perfect for me. It was welcoming, centrally located,, private, really clean and very thoughtfully prepared to make it feel like home.

Katherine was a great host. We booked and she made us aware she wasn’t going to be home but still hosted us. The space is a huge basement essentially with one of the biggest bedrooms I’ve ever been in. The shower was also one of the best I’ve ever been in. It had a kitchenette, washer, dryer, and a lot of space in the living room area. Really the entire package and great value. We were driving home from Florida and needed a place to stay the night; glad we found Katherine’s place. Only downside was the New Orleans Saints apparel when I am an Atlanta Falcons fan 😀😂 thank you again Katherine for allowing us to stay. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great area, great place! Price was beyond believable for an Airbnb, clean, quiet and roomy, highly recommend!! Stefan was accessible and very attentive willing to accommodate changes at the last minute!

Absolutely pristine home. This home is live in ready with all the interior amenities to make you feel immediately at home. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cooking gadgets one might need. There are plenty of linens and the beds were super comfortable. The wifi is great and the screened in porch and outdoor patio are very homey. The hosts provided easy to follow directions and communicated regularly during our stay. We’ve added this jewel to our contact list and will definitely reach out to stay here again during future visits. We VERY HIGHLY recommend trying this home on your visit to Fredericksburg. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a family of 5 and the house was more than enough space for all of us. Master bed and bathroom were nice and comfortable. Tabbi was very responsive with any questions/concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

I wish that I could truly articulate just how amazing this estate, surrounding property and the owners are. The pictures don't begin to do it justice. Pulling up to the estate, you feel like you're in a fairy tale. The grounds out front are so lush and beautiful, it looks like a movie set. Walking into the home took our breath away. It is stunning! My husband and teenage sons couldn't believe their eyes. When you walk outside to the backyard area, it's somehow even more breathtaking. The pool, docks, hot tub, firepit area and grill are incredible. My husband and I work very hard to take our sons on nice vacations, and this was by far our favorite place where we've ever stayed. Beautiful accommodations aside, you won't find better people to deal with than John and Christine. I had a lot of questions, and they were always so patient and responded within minutes. I really can't say enough good things about this incredible property and John and Christine. It's paradise!

We had a great time. Came to VA to have a family baby shower for my son and daughter in law. 3 couples and 4 kids fit very comfortably. Very nice touches like water bottles, champagne , hand wipes, coffee, toilet paper and paper towels. The little extras count. Plenty of towels. The hosts were very responsive to all my stupid questions lol. Townhouse is close to everything stores, restaurants and parks.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The host was very responsive and the home was very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the backyard was fantastic.

Marks house is in a private, forested setting at the end of a long driveway. I've stayed in several homes in the Fredericksburg area, and this by far was the quietest and most peaceful. Several deer visited the expansive lawn, and it seemed I was in the middle of a bird sanctuary. The house is set up well for our family, with a pool table and bowling game for entertainment. The two car garage was especially nice.

Very nice home and very peaceful surroundings. Jose and Jennifer were very responsive. My husband and I felt very comfortable in this home.

I rented this home for my mother and siblings who were in town to attend my first baby shower. They loved the space and environment. It smelled really good and was clean.

The space was cute, clean, and cozy. ❤️ it’s located in a quiet neighborhood! The host was super helpful and pretty quick with responses! Check in was easy and they were sweet enough to allow me to check in early since my plane landed hours before my scheduled check in. I will definitely book them again!
