Holiday rentals with a pool in Stafford County

My family and I were very pleased with Eric and his lake house. It was perfect, clean, and very inviting. The home and location matched the pictures; in fact, it was better in person. Everything we wanted to do was there, we only went to the market. Eric was very attentive and when I had a question or a concern- he was quick to follow up and he was a great communicator. He responses were prompt and friendly. This meant everything to me. He did not act like a stranger; he welcomed us into his beautiful home. If I had my way, I'd still be there but work calls. I would highly recommend Eric and his lake house. I'm already talking to my husband about making plans to go back next year around the same time. If you're looking for a home beside the water with kayaks, grills, fire pit, and life jackets and close to beaches and most importantly a host who cares and will be attentive, check out this property and Eric. They both deliver.

We had a wonderful time with family attending a local event! Home was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The surrounding area was beautiful! Joanna was an excellent host. We would definitely stay again!

My family was looking for a local weekend getaway, and this house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. Krystal was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had to do an early check-in due to work call and Krystal made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. It was super clean and well-maintained, and we spent most of our weekend swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. The house itself was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. We had such a great time and made memories we’ll always cherish. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful and fun escape. We would absolutely stay here again!

Did a long weekend at Janet’s place with my mom, little brother, older sister and her two young boys. The layout of the house was perfect for us - the way the bedrooms are spread out over the three floors, with a bathroom on each floor worked out so well. Everything was labeled, the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed, and the location was awesome. The property is on the neighborhood’s smaller lake which means there aren’t any motorized crafts buzzing by, making it a very peaceful spot. Janet is a great communicator, so we knew what to do every step of the way. Great house, great location, great host.

Amazing stay at Lake Anna was perfect from start to finish. The house is beautiful and Daniel was always available to answer any questions. We travelled with another family and it was the perfect trip for our young families. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The property offered a private and spacious setting, providing plenty of land and a high level of privacy. The pool was a highlight and added to the enjoyment of our visit. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. For any additional necessities, the grocery store was conveniently just a few minutes away. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants, and the city was easily accessible via both local roads and the highway. The host was responsive, and the maintenance crew regularly ensured the pool remained clean by clearing fallen leaves. We’re grateful for the opportunity to stay and would gladly return.

Great place to stay in Woodbridge! It’s a nice neighborhood and very easy driving distance to various stores. Kim was very welcoming and always has good recommendations for what to do in the area!

The house was amazing- it was huge with more than enough for a family gathering. We loved all the amenities that we never had to leave the house as there was so much to do for both kids and adults.

Our stay was perfect! The place was private, clean, and spacious—plenty of room for three people to relax comfortably. It was in a great location, just about a 20-minute drive to the metro station we used daily to get into DC. Everything was easy and convenient, which made our trip even better. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

We found this place when we needed to move out of our condo for renovations and needed something nearby. The location is very convenient to commute into DC and a short walk to Ben Brenman park, which has been great for morning walks. We have fit our family of four (two kids 12 and 8) in here with no problem. There’s lots of little things they like, such as LED lights behind the TV. There’s a very broad window in the living area which allows you to see all the colors of the morning sky (though a visor would be nice for when the sun beams down directly). The bathroom is a bit compact but just fine. It’s got one of those overhead showers which we all love. Another plus, the owners are super responsive. Even when I had to ping them on small things like a sink stopper, I got almost immediate responses. Also, the building itself has a front desk with friendly staff. This place will be my go-to in Alexandria in case I ever have future projects. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were in Centreville for 3 nights in June for my son's birthday. The condo was perfect for us. The location is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. There are many restaurant and shopping choices within a mile. The condo was very clean and looks like it does in the photos. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is provided. We will stay again next time we visit my son. Highly recommend.
