It is a bright and spacious 1960s three-room apartment lived and cared for with love by a young couple. 🏘️ It is located in the neighborhood of Sant'Agostino, a central and authentic area of Alghero, full of main services (bars, markets, pastry shops, wine shops, restaurants). 10 📍 minutes from the historic center (Piazza Sulis), the ramparts and the beach of Las Tronas. 15 minutes from the port and 20 from the Lido di Alghero.

La casa, di recente costruzione, si trova in una posizione strategica; attraversando la strada ci si trova sulla spiaggia. La stessa puo' essere libera o puoi trovare diversi stabilimenti balneari. Vicino: supermercati, istituti di credito, ufficio postale, fermata beach bus, noleggio bici, ecc. Camminando lungo la passeggiata Bousquet, godi dell'incantevole tramonto, dopo 800 metri si può visitare lo splendido centro storico di Alghero. Vi aspetto per vivere un'esperienza veramente magica.
