L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. lovely garden apartment with private exclusive heated pool with jacuzzi decorated in sardinian style close to centre and the beach. Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

Antonello and Lucia are the most gracious and welcoming hosts! This home is impeccable across the board, everything you need to make a wonderful meal, cozy furnishings inside and out, and a spectacular view! I will never forget floating in the pool with the view of the horizon and the ocean meeting, we will certainly visit again, thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Adelida in Villasimius. The detached house impressed with a spacious garden and hot tub, perfect for relaxing. Especially the covered, glazed veranda was a real highlight – a place where you can relax and unwind, even in windy weather. The rustic style decor was charming, the kitchen well equipped and ideal for a family. A small deficiency in moving in, such as the smell in the fridge, was immediately resolved, as was an electrical problem. The only criticism was the somewhat soft beds and a slightly musty smell in one of the bathrooms. Despite these little things, the positive aspects of location, amenities and ambiance clearly predominate. As a family with two children, we felt very comfortable here and enjoyed the time to the fullest.

Paolo was a perfect host. We really enjoyed our stay in his apartment as a family with 2 kids. The apartment is perfectly located and you can reach on foot several beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Paolo provided is with some good tips for the area and even should us around in person. We are coming back.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay at villa Charlie! The house is a dream, it has everything you need and so many small details and touches made it such a comfortable and pleasant stay. The garden is a paradise! We saw many beautiful birds in the garden, and it is a lovely place to relax, with everything you could possibly need in the outdoor kitchen and seating area. The location of the house is 2 mins easy walk to the most stunning beaches … so convenient with young kids! The house is very peaceful as well and we all slept very well each night. Eleonora and her family are fantastic hosts and were so helpful and friendly, and super responsive too. One of the most lovely places I have stayed, and I would highly recommend this air b n b, the house, host and location are superb. Grazie Mille!!!

We had a fantastic week with my family at Maria Lucia's beach house. It had everything we were looking for in a perfect holiday: it was a cosy, welcoming little house on a promontory overlooking the sea with breathtaking sea views, wonderful sunsets during our dinners on the roof terrace, with its own little sandy, rock-protected beach right at the end of the garden. The house had everything for our comfort, very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, ceiling fan, large fridge, hairdryer, beach towels. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and the two kayaks for trips to neighboring bays. We really felt at home however long we would have stayed. It was a really relaxing, peaceful getaway for the whole family. The village of Villasimius is 5 minutes away by car where we could do our shopping. A car is a must! Maria Lucia is a very kind, welcoming host. She gave detailed information on how to get there, even sent videos to explain everything. It was a perfect
