Holiday rentals with a patio in Staines-upon-Thames

The property is excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Host Iza is very cooperative and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, very close to Heathrow Terminals 4 and 5, with a bus stop just a short walk away. You can take a free bus ride to any of the Heathrow terminals, which is extremely convenient. I’ll definitely book this place again when I return to London!

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

We were four friends staying in Windsor for an event . James’ flat could not have been a better choice for us. We loved being able to relax together and watch the kites circling above the outside balcony space. We enjoyed cushioned seating, surrounded by flowering plants . Guards view is ideally situated - the river, castle, Windsor Great Park, shops, restaurants and great pubs are all within a short walking distance . We loved the flat itself and appreciated the fruit, milk and beverages left by Jame in his immaculate, well appointed kitchen. Amazing bathroom, crisp quality linens, fluffy towels, comfy beds and thoughtful touches such as phone chargers make Guards View the perfect accommodation for a Windsor stay. We all wished we could have stayed longer . We had the pleasure of meeting James and probably could have spent the whole day chatting to him, had we not been on a mission! Thank you so much. Amazing stay right next to Wembley stadium! Needed somewhere close by to watch the Championship Play Off final! Walking distance from lots of food spots, Wembley outlet shops & more

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

A great base to get into central London from and a cosy space. We were very grateful for the bread, milk and eggs and wonderful communication all the way through. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, ideal for groups and families, well located to experience all the treasures of the Windsor area. I appreciated the key-lock arrangement, so that the key can be accessed and doesn't get lost. Beyond that, Mark supplied several instructional videos about how to operate some of the home's features. Beautiful, well laid out, top quality. I would have loved to welcome guests and family with me for the full value.

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

Great home in Windsor. Comfy beds and clean decor. Lovely modern lighting and well done updates to an historic building. Very friendly and welcoming host and great place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants, Windsor Castle, and just across from the long walk. Overall great stay!

The whole apartment is on a quiet street, has a beautiful backyard, the living room is big and the bedrooms are quiet. This whole space makes me feel really relax and peaceful. Householders are very nice I met them several times. I stayed in several BNBs in London and this one is totally my favorite.

An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! Very nice place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely area – peaceful and close to local spots and attractions. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Nik was a wonderful host, flat was great and perfect for our short stay, walking distance to the station and shops, and a short ride to the airport.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

We absolutely loved David’s place and 100% recommend. David’s communication was top notch, he provided us with recommendations of the area before we arrived and a thorough walkthrough video of the property with instructions on how to use all appliances which was greatly appreciated as we had no problems throughout! We stayed for 8 weeks and David checked up throughout which was incredible and if we needed anything he replied extremely fast. The place was completely spotless and even better than we were expecting! Bus stop right outside the house which was incredible and it was super close to shops and quick to get anywhere. Overall, we would 100% recommend this airbnb, it is even better than expected and we cannot think of one flaw this place has!

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!
