Rose Cottage

JaniceRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable, as described. Beautiful quality furniture and pretty garden. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent pub food just around the corner, and easy to get to Lincoln and surroundings. Tracy made it clear that we could contact her at any time. The only thing we felt it good to be aware of particularly if you have members in your party with accessibility issues as we do is that there is no parking attached, so pot luck in finding spaces nearby. We enjoyed our stay and the location was well placed for our needs.

Getaway cabin

PhillipRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This was a great find. The location, in a village just outside of Woodhall Spa was beautiful. The living space, at the bottom of a gorgeous garden, backs onto fields and the view at sunset is fantastic. There are plenty of options for walking and riding in the area. The room itself managed to be cosy and spacious at the same time. It had everything I needed for my stay. Michael and Eileen were wonderful hosts. They were friendly, helpful and always gave timely responses to my messages. It was a nice touch to have cereal, milk and fruit there as well. The only slight negative is that the nearest shops are in Woodhall Spa, but to be honest, that just gave me the excuse to get on my bike for a ride.

Self Catering Annex at Bardney Manor

DanielRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We loved our stay at the Manor in Bardney. The Annex itself was clean, comfortable and straight forward to access. Our host had provided milk, tea and coffee for us. We arrived during a spell of warm weather when the Manor's grounds were alive with the fluttering wings of garden birds, buzzing bees and the sounds of the countryside. We were lucky to be shown around the beautiful gardens (courtyard and kitchen garden) where we learned about the fascinating history of both the Manor and the village. The gardens, exceptionally well maintained and planted with an array of native plants, are a haven, and made the perfect setting for for a cup of tea in the morning sunshine. A big thank you again to our hosts. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at the Manor.

Barn conversion with veranda and garden view

MikeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our stay at Claire and Neil's idyllic barn conversion annex was absolutely flawless! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the immaculate cleanliness and the thoughtful, generous welcome package that awaited us. Their communication was fantastic throughout, making everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. The high quality of the stay all round was evident in every detail. We particularly loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and on the decking area, which provided the perfect tranquil escape. We can't recommend this gem highly enough – a truly outstanding experience!
