Very big and prestigious 55m2 studio who offer a stunning view with a huge bathtub JACUZZI, a very big bed as well as a Italian shower. Located in a quiet and safe area 10min from the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées (center of Paris). I offer for 95€ an optional “ROMANCE PACKAGE” to SURPRISE your love one. It comes with petals of roses, candles placed on a heart shape on the bed (a Happy Birthday sign can be added) and for 175€ it comes with a good bottle of champagne and strawberries! 🌹🥂🍓

Ideal apartment to relax, work, enjoy the surroundings and/or visit Paris. The bedrooms are pleasant and the view from the balcony is calming (Eiffel tower). You will be 15 mn away from the RER B that takes you to Paris center or Charles de Gaulle airport. The tramway T1 - down my building - takes you to the metro 7 and 13. Facilities for sports events or concerts are near the apartment (Saint-Denis Basilica, Stade de France ...). You can use a private, secured, underground parking spot.
