This little house is perfectly positioned for days in the lakes. 20 mins from Newby Bridge & Windermere, about 25 mins to Coniston Water, 5 mins to Beach and the Buddhist Temple, 15 min walk to Ulverston or 5 min drive, 5 mins to canal head and 20 mins to BAE if you are working away from home. Beautiful views of the farmland front & rear and even the beach / estuary from from the rear bedroom. Sun on the back garden all day then the local pub 2 mins walk up the road with large beer garden.
