Charming old farmhouse/cottage with lake view

In the Sörmland forest and its amazing nature, you will find this old cottage from the early 1900s with a tiled stove and lake view. Just around the corner, there is both a swimming area and a boating area. And in the forests here you can find lingonberries, blueberries and mushrooms. If you like outdoor activities, there are very nice bike and hiking trails. The house consists of two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed 160 cm and one with a bunk bed and a single bed of 120 cm. As well as a living room, fully-equipped kitchen and toilet. Outdoor shower is available with hot water.

A plot close to nature with a lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a boat (3.5 HP) for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Swedish wooden country house

This is a newly decorated wooden house 1h south of Stockholm in the Swedish countryside. It is in a very small village (12 houses) and we own the majority of them and there are just summer guests here. You will stay alone upstairs in the house and there is a nice glazed veranda where you can have dinners. There are 3 working tiled stows. The house was built in the late 19th century and there are a lot of nature in the surrounding and you can see moose’s. There is a lake 400 m away to fish in.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.
