The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a beautiful outdoor area with a HEATED swimming pool, jacuzzi, sunbathing area, and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill. The nearest beach is 600m from the Villa! The cities of Split and Makarska are about 30km away, while Split airport is 50km away.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Sunflower apartment

Our little paradise is located on the seafront, has direct entrance to the beach and great view of the sea. We gave our hearts and minds to make 35m2 perfect for up to 4 travelers. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with plenty of details and sunshine. On the balcony (10m2) you can enjoy little lounge in the shade of the 70 years old pine tree. Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 is on the loft (has a great sea view). Bathroom features walk in shower. 1 park place is included.

Apartment "Aqua2" - incredible view / beach

Apartment "Aqua 2" it is located in a quiet place, it is decorated in such a way that it exudes warmth and a nice atmosphere. It is intended for 2 people, but it offers the possibility for couple with baby or child and a dog to stay in it. It has a spacious terrace with an incredible view of the sea, where our guests like to enjoy their first morning coffee and breakfast. The pebbly beach and the apartment are directly connected by stairs, which provides a special atmosphere.
