Waterfront holiday rentals in Stanza Mare Pool

Perfect stay! Comfortable apartment, tons of restaurants 2-4mins walk. Everybody friendly. Beautiful beach with easy access. Loved everything! Would return anytime

What we loved: - The rooftop terrace - The wind blowing over us while on the couch - The AC in the bedroom (living room had one too that we didn’t use) - The second bathroom - The washer - Appliances: toaster, kettle, dishwear - The incredible proximity to the beach - Nila (greeter) on hand to help us with restaurant recommendations and issues with appliances and keys - Reachability of everyone - We felt safe at the property - The safe for our valuables - Convenience of location What we didn’t love: - Surprise fourth floor, no lift with suitcases and no help. The way we were told made it seem like it was known that we didn’t know we were headed up four flights of stairs with our big suitcases. - The extra services we booked through Nadia via Everything Punta Cana weren’t great. Taxi was not at the airport when we arrived despite booking for $42 each way and sharing flight details. Recommend confirming the day before with Everything Punta Cana

Great place to stay - I would highly recommend to everyone! Pros: - The VIEW! Right on the beach and looking directly onto the ocean - Excellent communication from the host leading up to the trip and while we were there. We had an issue with one of the ACs when we first checked in and they had someone there within an hour to fix it - Really nice communal pool with a bar that was open from 8-6 for snacks and great cheap cocktails Cons - just want to include so people are realistic with expectations, but this wouldn't deter me from staying there: - There is one un-remodeled shower which felt pretty dingy compared to the others - The water pressure wasn't great and it never got more than lukewarm but that is probably a by product of island plumbing in general - The beach area for the condo is where the booze cruises and activity boats do their pickups so there was constant activity but they do have a section of the water cordoned off so you don't have to worry about dodging boats

Excellent Airbnb stay. The location was perfect walking distance to anywhere in Los Corales area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and beach is super close less than five minutes away.. the balcony patio area is beautiful , lots of area to sit and relax and the pool is an extra bonus. The bedrooms are very nice with lots of closet space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. I would definitely rebook again.

Place was just as listed if not better. Perfect location with a quick 3 min walk to the beach, essentially first building next to the public access area of the beach. Very short walk to where there were multiple restaurants and small supermarkets with one market right next door. The pool was on the smaller size put perfect for what we needed it for. The apartment itself was clean, very roomy, and the beds were very comfortable with good pillows which is usually not the case at many places. Check in was a breeze and took literally no time with the code to the place which also makes one last thing to lose on the beach since you do not need keys. Staff at the building were very nice. Lastly, Javier was very responsive, although we did not need him for much. There was an issue with one door to a bedroom because new doors were recently installed and he had someone come fix it within 12 hours! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachside home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning and thoughtfully decorated the space was—every detail felt warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. The layout was super convenient, especially with multiple bathrooms, which made it so easy and comfortable for our group. One of our favorite parts was the amazing beachfront restaurant just steps away. We had breakfast there every single morning, and it was absolutely spectacular—delicious food, ocean views, and a great way to start each day. This place truly exceeded our expectations. We’re already looking forward to staying here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach retreat.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Grazia’s place. The balcony was by far my favorite feature—spacious, breezy, and perfect for relaxing. With the door open, the natural breeze kept the entire apartment cool, and I didn’t even need to use the AC at the end of May! The bed was fairly comfortable, and while the apartment is a bit dated, it had most of what I needed for a comfortable stay. As is common in many parts of the Dominican Republic, hot water for showers was minimal to nonexistent. Also, the neighborhood is quite lively, so if you’re a light sleeper or need complete quiet at night, this might be a challenge. That said, the hosts were fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with—and overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend this place if hot water and noise aren't dealbreakers for you.

Perfect centrally-located condo for our Punta Cana vacation! Host's communication was excellent throughout our stay. The space is wonderfully roomy for 2-3 people with comfortable pull-out couch for additional guests. Powerful AC units kept us cool, and having a washer/dryer was incredibly convenient. WiFi handled streaming perfectly. Minor notes: mattress was somewhat thin and shower water never got truly hot (though manageable). During heavy rain, the street does flood temporarily - completely outside host's control. Overall, we absolutely recommend this fantastic property!

Wonderful stay in the white sand complex! Perfect location, close to the center of Punta Cana, in a few minutes we were in the main attractions, shops, restaurants and a lively casino. The super cozy house, had everything we needed, with perfect stays to live experiences!! pool area, BBQ , well-equipped bedrooms with spacious closets and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances which helped us to have breakfast with peace of mind all together. WiFi at high speed!!! 🛜 As for cleanliness, everything impeccable and its thoughtful details made us feel right at home🏠!!!! The resort is a tropical oasis with private beach access 🏖️ white sand!! Our host Diego was always available to answer questions and needs. It was a great choice !!! I'm sure we'll be back!!!

I spent 8 peaceful days at Miguel’s place. It’s in a quiet, relaxing area, perfect for unwinding. The pool was refreshing, though I only saw it cleaned once. The kitchen could use a few more essentials like cooking utensils and pans. The bedroom AC wasn’t very strong, but the ceiling fan helped. The bathrooms could use a deeper clean, but the hot water was great. A full-length mirror and a safe for valuables would be great additions. There’s no on-site security or cameras, but the property is gated with remote access. One funny moment—a stray cat came in through a window I accidentally left open and ate my salami, so be sure to keep ground-floor windows closed! Miguel was kind and very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. With a few small updates, this place could be even better. Thanks for the stay, Miguel!

Excellent accommodation, close to the beach and in a good location. Sadiel was always on the lookout and super attentive, our stay was great and I'll be back soon. I felt right at home.

We just spent five nights at Daniel’s amazing penthouse in El Cortecito and had an awesome time! The place looks just like the photos, modern, clean, and really comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and the private Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. It’s perfect for couples and in a great spot, close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, but still nice and quiet. There is construction nearby as mentioned in other reviews but it didn't affect us. Daniel was super helpful and responsive the whole time, always quick to reply and full of great local tips, everything from where to eat to how to get around. The whole experience totally beat our expectations. Whether you're chilling in the Jacuzzi or out exploring Punta Cana, this place is the perfect home base. We’d definitely come back, highly recommend!

Stuart's place was absolutely as described and shows in the pictures. Very private and peaceful complex. Grounds and pools immaculate. Beach short walk and private with plenty of beds and shade. Everything walkable. Liz was awesome, definitely read her book about the area. Thank you, we had a great time and highly recommend.

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

My husband and I were very happy with the condo/apartment! Great location, the kids loved the pools. We enjoyed having the beach bar right on the property as well. They served us food and drinks right to our beach chairs on the sand. We felt very safe, the property was fenced in with lots of guards. I had to go out one evening after dark to the pharmacy and the guard supervisor on duty walked me there and waited outside and walked me back (without me asking) - talk about great service!! Julie was amazing to work with, very responsive and proactive. She checked in with us throughout the week to make sure everything was perfect. Caron (who works with Julie) set us up with a personal driver round trip to and from the airport. Chu picked us up with a sign, helped with our bags, brought us to the grocery store - he was super helpful and friendly as well. Overall it was a great experience and we would most definitely book Andre's condo again on another trip to Punta Cana!

I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!
