Florisel Residence provides a swimming pool with sun loungers and terraces, private parking, 24/7 security, and direct access to the private beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome kit including beach towels, shower towels, toilet paper, napkins, a 20-liter water jug, coffee and sugar packets, shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, and dish soap.

There is not construction next to us anymore, it just finished in April 2023

The best location in Bavaro/Punta Cana. Los Corales 50 meters (seconds) to the beautiful Bavaro beach. The heavenly Villa Mare complex consists of 14 luxury apartments with a beautiful swimming pool, garden, private parking, all in the very center of the beach, you couldn't have chosen better. Dozens of restaurants and beach bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, ... everything on site. I live here permanently and I am here to help you during your stay. We speak English, Spanish, Polish and French.

It offers free Wi - Fi and private parking. Equipped with appliances and household accessories: coffee maker, toaster, iron, Tv. In the main bedroom there is a king size double bed, in the second bedroom there is a queen bed. All rooms are air-conditioned, and there are ceiling fans in the apartment.
