Enjoy our retro gaming room with an arcade machine and air hockey table. Stream your favorite show on our three 4kTVs. Walking distance (0.7 mile) to new splash pad and pickleball/basketball courts. Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors or unwind, this home offers comfort and entertainment for all!

Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

The Shire

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The master has a king-sized bed, soaker tub, and a separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds. In the office there is an infrared sauna. The bonus has a tv and games. The living room boasts an impressive 18-foot ceiling. Outside, enjoy the hot tub and bbq area—great for relaxing evenings. We’re happy to provide cots and sleeping pads, making this home a great fit for sports teams or large groups

Private Suite with balcony and separate entrance

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of Star. Relax in the backyard patio, your private deck, or have a fire in the fire pit. Whether you are traveling for pleasure or business, this studio suite offers you everything you need to work or simply relax and explore the local area. We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.

Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Come enjoy your stay and explore the fun city of Boise and all the Treasure Valley has to offer!

Now updated and remodeled into a guest house, this studio is complete with a queen-size bed, shower, toilet, and mini fridge/freezer to help you explore Idaho's Treasure Valley! Whether you're here to visit BSU, NNU, hike, bike, swim, or hit the slopes of Bogus Basin, our cottage will provide you the perfect resting spot in-between it all!

Entire house located in the country but central to nearby towns of Middleton Star,Eagle,and Meridian. Very quiet country road with sweeping views of the valley and foothills. There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
