She was extremely accommodating and overall a great host. The backyard was gorgeous and it was close by everything I could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay. Many mornings having coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean. The kitchen had everything I needed for preparing meals and the memory foam mattress was a welcome respite after a long day at work. Phil was very approachable and quite friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Tim’s place was incredible.. great location, super clean, and completely functional.. he did not miss a single thing that might be needed; kitchen items, bathroom towels, linens .. even the medicine cabinet was fully stocked with anything that might be needed. We would most definitely stay at Tim’s place again !
