The stone house is located in a quiet part of the city, right next to the Orljav river and a beautiful promenade, surrounded by greenery and trees. It consists of a ground floor that contains two apartments. Sports grounds and children's playground are 2 minutes walk from the Stone House. The stone house is protected as a cultural monument, is well insulated and therefore, it does not have and should not have air conditioning. The house has a large yard with a barbecue and a large free parking. PET FRIENDLY. Do centra grada ima do 8 minuta hoda.

It's fully equipped and welcomes you here all the essentials for a vacation. In the interior, it consists of a studio apartment of 33 m2 with a kitchen, a bathroom and a covered terrace that is also an extended living room, but in the outside you become the owners of the property of 13 500 m2, a terrace with a pecal and a large bocce court. There is parking for personal vehicles, vans, or campers.
