The clay path is easy to access for any type of vehicle. The farm has a large house, pleasant climate (same as Garanhuns), 3 horses for horseback riding (depending on the conditions of the animals), milk directly taken by cow, pond for fishing, hammocks, large lawn, gourmet area, etc.
