Holiday rentals with a home theatre in State of Espírito Santo

The apartment is much more than what is shown here on Airbnb. It surprised me from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Truly COMPLETE kitchen, nothing was missing. Basic hygiene items (soap powder, cleaning products, fabric softener and toilet paper) and food (sugar, coffee, salt and oil) were available in the accommodation. We were greeted with chocolates, I found a treat! Everything was extremely clean and organized. It has blankets and pillows, iron, COOLER, and a beach kit with umbrella and chairs. Everything was perfect! Best vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The decor is perfect, everything in moderation... The apartment has a HUGE private area, including a barbecue. It was worth every penny! I'll definitely be back. The host was very attentive and dedicated, she provided us with flexible check-in and check-out, which was a great advantage, since I was with children. The apartment is pet friendly and child friendly (with toys available). I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent value! Impeccable hosting, great location, close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, and Vila Velha mall. Neighborhood and Condominium safe and family friendly, we feel at home! My family recommends it with their eyes closed, and we hope to come back soon!!

We arrived at night and our check-in had not been authorized, it was scheduled for the next day. I notified Felipe and he promptly resolved the issue with the building's "receptionist" (it had been a typo by the host), and the problem was resolved in about 10 minutes. We went up and the apartment was dirty and messy, I warned Felipe and the next day the cleaning lady went to clean it. These were the only problems we had, but the apartment's rating was very good and the host's too, I believe it was something atypical. Other than that, all quiet. Good neighborhood, great location, good accommodation. I definitely recommend it and I'll go again. Felipe was attentive from start to finish.

Excellent stay! Flat is very cozy, clean and well equipped. The owner of Grazielle was very kind to us and has indicated to us several legal places to tour, to have the best possible experience on site! The employees of Vista Azul were also very solicitous and kind, especially the collaborator Luiz, who in his day off hours still plays an excellent MPB in the lobby. Tip: As the condominium is no longer managed by Bristol, it no longer offers a separate breakfast service, so you can arrange for breakfast in the apartment or go out to eat at some colonial coffee.

The space is amazing, well equipped and with a privileged view and easy access to the main attractions, good shower, comfortable bed, everything was clean and organized, Jenny was extremely attentive and kind in all interactions, her communication was quick and objective. Getting to know Pedra Azul was one of the reasons that made me visit Espirito Santo again, and it did not disappoint. My daughter loved the Park trails, eating strawberries picked directly from the vine and we loved the gastronomy options. I recommend it to everyone, and I would definitely come back.
