Earth house holiday rentals in State of Mexico

Juan Carlos and María were lovely hosts, when I arrived they gave me a cup of herbal tea prepared with herbs from their garden. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Juan responded to my messages very quickly. I will stay with them again!

We stayed at this amazing peacock sanctuary in Morelos and it was a wonderful experience. The place is really nice, surrounded by nature and full of spaces with a very nice design. There is a spring, a river and a jacuzzi that made our stay even more special. What we loved most was admiring peacocks and other bird species in their natural state; it is a perfect place to connect with nature. Fernanda, the owner, was very kind from the moment we arrived. She gave us clear instructions and useful recommendations to make the most of the spaces, such as the use of firewood and food. The staff, Claudio and Cristal, also supported us a lot during our stay, which made us feel even more comfortable. It was an unforgettable experience to enjoy as a family, and we would definitely recommend it. The place is much nicer in person than what can be described. Mrs. Citlali helped us with many things and the truth is that Citlali provided very good cleaning and food service. In addition, the house is very large and the air conditioning helps a lot with the heat. :)

Everyone we met here was a true artist! From the home's fascinating designs, to the food, the hospitality, and the location in beautiful Amatlán – everything felt so thoughtful and creative. It was the perfect place to feel inspired by the surroundings and slow down your mind. Already dreaming of our next trip back!

A place in contact with nature and ecology

A very quiet weekend. The house is perfect for 4 people; it has beautiful views and all the amenities for cooking and spending a few days out of town. It is 15 minutes from downtown Tepoztlán. The house has several rest areas for home office and living. Many thanks to all the staff who supported us :)

Definitely a place where I would come back very quietly to spend some time away from the city, calmly.

a good option to connect with nature, privacy, cleanliness and comfort. Missing hot water in the shower and the separate bathroom is not so practical. Very good service and very friendly all.

The three of us had a wonderful, peaceful retreat. We learned to cook some of the local cuisine. Enjoyed floating in the pools and stream, massages, walks in the forest, sustainable architecture with bamboo and thatched roofs. The compound is astonishingly beautiful in its natural beauty. We can't say enough about the hospitality of the host and her cooking and knowledge. The peacocks were particularly enjoyable to watch, we never minded their calls. We also found the steps a good daily exercise for us. It was a perfect stay for us who enjoy nature and the sustainable ways in which we engage with it. We also visited the nearby villages and city of Cuernavaca and the archeological site of Xochicalco, which we loved.

The place is amazing, it's a unique experience, if you're thinking of a place to disappear for the weekend you won't regret it!

Our stay was wonderful. The place has a warm and magical atmosphere that you can feel from the moment you arrive. Everything is tastefully decorated with attention to detail, creating a harmonious and very cozy atmosphere. We were lucky to have rain and fog during our visit, which made the experience even more special. Being sheltered in such a beautiful space, listening to the rain and watching the mist envelop the landscape, was simply magical. The house was impeccable, well-equipped and with details that make a difference: candles, handmade textiles and corners designed for relaxing. The location in Amatlán is perfect if you are looking for nature, tranquility and connection. We're delighted to be leaving and will definitely be back. Thank you for this special space!

Our stay was excellent, we enjoyed it very much, the house is in a very relaxing place.... Don José and Vicenta, incredible attention, they cook very well and they treated us like 10, just as Alejandro was very attentive to us. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a truly magical stay at Ana’s place. It was the perfect getaway. It’s a bit hard to find at first but well worth it. Kudos to Dani and Rogelio as well for their amazing cooking.

The host promptly resolved my initial dissatisfaction given by the size of the initial proposal (which I had misunderstood). She offered me an alternative in the Mariposa box, which was excellent! Confidential, very welcoming and warm, a new and very pleasant experience! In addition, Juan Carlos delighted me with interesting historical information by wasting a lot of time with me who kept asking questions...

A Beautiful and Peaceful Getaway! Our stay at Casanevo was truly wonderful. Fabian and his wife were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views, serene surroundings, and immaculate grounds. If you're looking to unwind and immerse yourself in nature, this is the perfect place. The pool was a highlight, crystal clear and perfectly warm. We highly recommend Casanevo for a peaceful, scenic retreat!

Super practical, very nice place and very relaxing

Rancho Oro Prieto is a beauty!!! If you are looking to travel to the Taxco area and are aware of traveling without harming nature, this is the place where you must stay. Rocío is very friendly and very attentive. Also, you will meet the people of the community. Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything in order. 100% recommended

A lovely place, I liked the place , it makes you feel like you are in a village, the views of the lake are very nice and the sunset too , but what I liked the most was the elevated terrace, my pet loves the place , we will surely return. The only detail is that if it is a little removed from the valley, which makes it a quieter place without the noise of the city.

The attention of the very friendly staff. Glamping and facilities are great. Its location makes it very easy to carry out various activities related to tours and villages nearby. I would certainly book with them again again.
