Great townhouse in a safe and trendy location of Mexico City, within walking distance of restaurants, clubs, etc., and safe to walk around at night. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Like being at home away from home.

Excellent location: a few minutes from Insurgentes and Río Mixcoac, a very quiet and pleasant area, with a very varied offer of restaurants and shops. Apartment with absolutely everything you need, quiet, cozy, clean. Very easy to reach. Easy communication with the host. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very pleasant because the house is very nice and has a very good location, with security and privacy, and above all, absolute tranquility, ideal to rest. We were two people and each had their own space with a bathroom and bed. Flora was an excellent host, and she made us very good recommendations, for example, shopping at the Tuesday market within the same fractionation, organic fruits and vegetables, bread, coffee, sweets, sausages, naturist products, among others. I brought my two puppies, who really enjoyed the garden of the house and the hikes within the subdivision. I would definitely stay here again with pleasure.

A very peaceful, comfortable and pleasant place, the attentive service of Saul from before our arrival, the flexibility for both the entrance and the exit gave us the guideline to be able to finish knowing more places, the plus of being a few blocks from the historic center. Everything you can expect from a good accommodation.

A truly beautiful stay. The space is breathtaking and left us immersed in the beautiful architecture and culturally significant design. The space was such an important component of our trip to Mexico City and complimented the food and art we experienced while visiting. The host was thoughtful, proactive, kind, generous and responsive. I truly can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better other than staying longer. We can’t wait to come back over and over again.

Excellent hosts! Always ready to answer any questions. They handed us the keys in person and gave us a tour of the house. The space is very large and is equipped with more than necessary so you don't have to leave the house. If you travel with a baby, it is super comfortable because they have a chair to eat, bathtub, crib, etc. It is a very quiet and peaceful area and there are many green areas to walk. I would definitely stay here again!

We had always some available for any concerns.

An excellent accommodation, it has all the services included, good Wi-Fi, nice for people and pets, and the location allows you to move quickly towards Tonatico and Ixtapan de la Sal. It takes your own car to arrive, no combis going up to the place.

Lilia's accommodation is comfortable and close to the center of Malinalco, it has what you need and everything shown in photos and in the description. Lilia is always attentive with her recommendations and with any eventuality. He responds almost instantly when required and his treatment is very empathetic and courteous.

The house is much better than what you see in the photo and the description. The cottage is very spacious, very clean and tidy, quiet and we felt very safe at all times. We really enjoyed our stay and had no problems with anything at all. We enjoyed our stay and the plus was the little kitten that visited us from time to time and accompanied us to the exit ♥️

Andrew and Ivan were absolutely incredible hosts! Their home was spotless and packed with thoughtful, easy-to-use amenities that made our stay comfortable and a feeling of being at home. We came in with very high expectations, and they managed to exceed them. One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary professional massage services— a great treat! They also upon request arranged a private chef for us each day, which made the experience even more unforgettable. Truly above and beyond!"

Ricardo has an excellent treatment. Unfortunately I didn't realize that the bathroom wasn't part of the room, otherwise everything was excellent!
