The place is impeccable, every corner you notice the care and dedication of making a cozy space, 🤍 the pool is amazing, the kitchen well equipped, perfect for resting. The place is exactly as in the photos: clean, well maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our outings much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

The Flat is very cozy, a quiet place, close to everything you need, it has everything we need around us and Darcylio is very helpful, he gave us all the right institutions, I will come back more often!!!!

I went with My Family and we loved. O Flat, the Location of to walk to various places. I just don't indicate for couple with pet. For in the condominium the dog does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, so as not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns to the swimming pool and other areas. But if you're a group like me, you can take turns and everyone has a good time. We enjoyed it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

My stay was excellent!! Silvio was always helpful and offered all the necessary support. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and the sea view is breathtaking in person.

Great accommodation. Six adults very well accommodated. Very clean and beautiful space. The photos correspond exactly to the property. Very well located, 1 block from the beach, restaurants that can be reached on foot, as well as beverage distributors and pharmacies. The investment was well worth it.

First of all, from the beginning to the end of my stay at Fernanda's apartment, it was incredible. She was super attentive and helpful to the guest. Her apartment has an incredible view of Cabo Branco beach, both from the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is super equipped with kitchen utensils to prepare your meals. The hotel's premises are a well-organized place, all new and clean, and it is close to everything: bakery, market, restaurants and one of the main tourist spots in the city. Excellent location, right on the sand. We will return more often, simply because the place is incredible.

Great! The property was very clean, and it is very cozy. Towels, mattress and other first quality items. The view of the property is indescribable and Octacílio is an extremely proactive host, very attentive and concerned about all the details, as well as our well-being. This place has Alma. It's one of those spaces that not only live in, they feel. The surfer vibe is breathed in every corner: the breeze coming through the windows, the sound of the sea nearby, the details cared for but relaxed… Nothing to spare, everything invites you to stay. To flow. To lower a change. I felt right at home from day one ( it's the second year I book it for a long stay). It has what you need (and more) to live comfortable, cook rich, rest deep and go surfing as if you were local. It's simple, but wavey. With soul. As I like it. I would go back a thousand times...

We love the place. Extremely cozy, clean and very fragrant apartment. Soft towels, clean and fragrant bed linen. Everything was impeccable and well decorated. The wonderful view, super ventilated. Very quiet building. The pool was clean. I went with the family because my daughter got married on Saturday. We took a lot of photos there and they turned out beautiful. Camila is wonderful, she attended to us promptly. In João Pessoa, there is no better place to stay. I recommend it without a doubt.

The house was just like the photos. Super comfortable beds, rooms with blackout, where no light came in. Isadora responds instantly! The house has 3 levels, so there are a lot of stairs. It could only use 1 oven, my daughters love to bake cakes and they couldn't. Each room has its own bathroom, so it was quick to bathe the 11 people who stayed. I recommend this house!
