We love the place. It deserves 5 stars without a doubt. Well located, next to the beach, very beautiful and tidy house.

For the purpose of only being close to the beach for a few days, the apartment is optimal. The amenities with "Alexia commands" are great. Keep in mind whether it works in other languages. The bathroom door is stuck, the possibility to offer bed linen and bath towels would be interesting, but in total there are 5 stars to be given. The way to the beach is perfect.

The stay was great! The whole family felt comfortable. We'll be back.

Very nice house. Super comfortable. Very helpful and attentive host whenever we need. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

We were greeted by Osmar, who was very helpful and friendly, showed us the accommodations and made himself available to help with anything. Tatiana responded quickly to all questions and requests. We felt at home in the space, very cozy, bright, great energy in the place. Neighborhood very calm and quiet. We will definitely return at another time.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

Triplex with exceptional view, deck to the sea, 4 suites that guarantee individuality in addition to all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. The property needs a little affection, as it has metal parts corroded by rust and sea. Furniture with woods damaged by humidity, there is a lack of finishes of the lamps, etc... but some burnt lamps. As it is facing the sea, the constant breeze and ceiling fans meet well and compensate for the lack of air conditioning. It also has private access to the sea and swimming pool that guarantee pleasant days of rest. ahh We were received by Tânia and her husband (caregivers of the environment) extremely gentle and with prompt assistance to solve any questions or complications. I will return in due course.

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

The host at all times was super attentive, always responding to messages very quickly, and always super understanding and friendly. The Sobradinho Vermelho is a charming, cozy and bright place. We were super comfortable and very well accommodated. The yard is beautiful and the location near the beach is a show! We were also able to appreciate the caiçara culture in the casting of the net for mullet fishing. The weekend was perfect!❤️🙌🏼

The place is amazing, just like in the photos, super-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, great dining table and the location is without comment. Fernão is a great person who I had the pleasure of meeting on the beach. Very calm, gave several tips about the place before we went and was super helpful when I needed it. I highly recommend this place!

The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and tidy and with all the items needed for a good stay. Well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and super comfortable rooms. My team and I went to work and were able to use the pier next to the property for boarding, which was essential to our logistics. Edenilson and Angela were accessible at all times. We will definitely return to work and also leisure with our families!
