It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It is located in the back of my house, has divisive gate between the houses. Pets are allowed, as long as they are docile. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Notify about check-in after 9 pm, as it will be evaluated.

With simple and very cozy decor, this small apartment is in a quiet part of the city near Expoville. Great for those passing through the city. IMPORTANT: - Visitors are NOT allowed. - There is no stove. - Only ONE parking space for a passenger car. - Guest exchanges are not allowed. - The space is on the same plot as Grandma's house, you will be isolated from the main house, but you will pass through the common patio of Grandma's house to access the space. - There are stairs.

The room contains a split air-conditioner and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It has an outdoor area with a barbecue, refrigerator, sink and private bathroom.

Cabana do Vale is located in the Rural area of Campo Alegre, at an altitude of 975 meters, 14 km from the city center, in a Gated Community, with security cameras. Well wooded, with several animals to interact with and photograph. The space has an en-suite, kitchen with all utensils, oven, refrigerator. It has hammocks for resting and a beautiful garden for walks and sightseeing. Wifi. A place to enjoy with the family, to rest/relax and also a home office.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The flat is a great space for couples with children, people who come to work/study. It's next to my house, we'll share the entrance gate, but your space is private. It has a good shower, comfortable bed. Below, we have 3 kittens that stay in the yard.
