The stay was very fruitful. It's easy to get anywhere on foot. As it is a studio, it is also easy to keep organized throughout the day - there are plenty of closets, which can be used to store belongings during the stay.

Very comfortable and extremely modern environment. The building is very well located and offers state-of-the-art technology. It's well worth it!

We were happy with our stay in the 1st room. Everything was perfect and impeccable, the amenities are very good and the bed linens are clean and fragrant. I think room 510 is the best you have. We definitely recommend it!

The apartment is wonderful, very spacious, fragrant, clean and comfortable. The barbecue is charcoal, very well equipped and a great size, it has a grill and skewers - a relevant observation is that it did not make any smoke and we were not "smoked" when using it - the balcony is well ventilated. The kitchen has all the utensils you can imagine - pots, cutlery, plates, appliances and items such as a sandwich maker. It also has several items for use on the beach, sunshades, chairs, etc. In the living room, a TV with all the channels imaginable and a huge sofa that allows you to rest while watching the sea. The beach was almost empty due to the winter, making the stay even more pleasant. The host was always ready to help and made our stay excellent.

The host was very good. It is a quiet region with several options close to the apartment, such as restaurants, parks and museums. It is a comfortable and organized apartment with everything you need to spend a weekend. The hosts are very polite and are always available to assist and answer questions.

Amei, it was me and 3 more people (two couples), the apartment was perfect, the condominium is pure luxury and has a part of the beach "restricted" only to the people of the condominium. We have nothing to complain about, except that the apartment is a xodó, beautiful and well cleaned.

Our stay was great, Irineo and Katia welcomed us very well, whenever we needed them they helped us. The house is super clean, the blankets and towels are fragrant, that makes all the difference for sure! The only observation is in relation to the low flow and pressure of the showers, which we have already informed Irineo and he was supposed to resolve. Otherwise, we just want to thank them for their kindness throughout the entire period, we definitely want to return! God bless you!

We loved our stay here! Plenty of space for 7 adults and very homey feel. Loved the art and the pool was a huge plus! Spent evenings playing cards in the outdoor kitchen. Lovely stay and Joseane was SO helpful with flexible check out and all kinds of local recommendations. Great location if you’re planning a trip to the falls.

The hosts are very attentive, they always respond quickly! My only suggestion is to have a frying pan and pressure cooker, it is quite necessary for those who will spend long periods.

Excellent for those who go on business in the area. We made Cascavel, Santa Tereza do Oeste and Toledo, the location was excellent even though it was about 50 min from Cascavel. Beautiful place, modern and clean, super indico.

The Apartment was impeccable, very new and impeccable furniture, with a beautiful decoration. The building is very modern, I recommend.

I had an excellent hosting experience, clean, practical, beautiful and comfortable space. New, organized and safe building. It has a nice view of the plantations. Functional entry and exit system, has a covered garage and a cafe on the ground floor where I was very well attended. The host quickly answered my questions. I'll definitely stay back here.

Great, it went well and it is very flexible

Simone responds to messages quickly and always worried about the host. The place is close to the Ponta Grossa lake and has a parking space to park the car.

i suggest to the host not delay in answering or passing the access ( passwords and facial links) of the building, usually those on the road are tired, and they like to arrive at the apartment with all sorted out.. this is wonderful..
