The house is beautiful and the perfect location is perfect! In addition, the garden is super cautious and a delight. Fabiana was super attentive from the first contact and promptly resolved a single problem we had. Maybe the house is a little more complicated for children or people with limited mobility because of the stairs, but my boyfriend and I love it. We will definitely return!

Amazing experience in Tutoia! We were super satisfied with the stay. The house is very comfortable and clean, perfect for enjoying the best of Tutoia and resting in peace. The Condominium is super quiet and safe. Host André was simply sensational: very nice, attentive and always willing to help with local tips and information. We felt super welcomed. I recommend with my eyes closed and we will definitely return!

The house is very new and very well-equipped, excellent location and the front beach is great for bathing, very clean. We lacked absolutely nothing of what we needed in the house. The only addendum will be regarding the cleaning of the pool, apparently lacked water and the cleaning could not be carried out, we had a clean pool for the children only on the first day. Other than that, everything perfect.

From sunrise to sunset, we enjoyed every corner of the house. Set back, but close to the heart of the village, the location is great for more tranquility. The event venues near the house didn't bother us. We loved the experience!

The host's attention, cordiality, and professionalism exceeded all expectations. The house is exactly as in the photos (or even better!). Extremely clean, organized and tastefully decorated, it offers all the comforts expected of a temporary home. Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide well-being: comfortable beds, impeccable bed and bath linens, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and a well-kept outdoor area. The location is also excellent, with easy access to local shops, tourist spots and great leisure options. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. I will definitely return, as I was extremely welcomed there.

The place is exactly what you see in the photos: a well organized and spacious studio. It has a desk to work, place to hang clothes, super-equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom, good bed and VERY SMELLING bedding! The cool thing is that they accept pets, that was the best part for me. We'll come back more often!
