Our stay only had one bad thing, the days that ended. (rsrsrs) Nyedja's house is a place of peace, brings a renovation to the soul. we feel at home. It was one of the best trips we made. If it were to give a note it would be 1 mi. Do you know those investments you make and feel that every penny was worth it? Yeah, that's the place. I don't have a claim to make, Nyedja provided such a nice stay, it looked like we had transported our home there. God bless you always. When you can, with God's grace, we'll be there again.

Spectacular! The house is as described by Monica and above all things very close to everything. This aspect was important because it was my first time in Pipa and it is just like that. You are a 5-minute walk from praia do centro, 15 de Praia do amor and you have the main avenue (Av dos golfinhos) very close by. Even already staying you can go through the hallway leading to Rua do Ceu (Beco du Ceu) and you are closer to everything still. The house has everything there is nothing missing and has so much nature that to go to rest and disconnect is ideal apart from the privacy there is. I definitely recommend 100% and on an upcoming trip to Pipa I would return to this house without hesitation. Monica the host is always attentive to everything you need a genius!

The house is spectacular, we were super comfortable. Very well located, meters from the main street for shopping and the main restaurants of Pipa. A few steps from a taxi to get around to the farthest beaches. I would definitely recommend and come back.

I 100% recommend the place, the house is better than described, the staff of Junior, Angela who took care of the grooming and Neity (cook) are very nice and do an incredible job. I thought it is the perfect accommodation does not have mosquitoes ... but there are several animal activities such as an accommodation in an area with so much nature. In São miguel do gostoso has mto mosquito and I was fine. When the beach in front of the condominium makes a natural swimming pool and to stay in the water is great, but entering the sea in my stay I was recommended not to enter by the danger of the chains... but it is the time of the year. it would be good if it had beach chairs and sunshine to wear on the beach. It would be good tbm to have anti-mosquito screens on the windows and doors would give to sleep without the air conditioning on all the time. The place has several activities and needs 1 year to see everything ... this location is in the center of all the tours.

We spent a weekend at Clotilde's house and it was spectacular. The house is perfect for hosting families and friends who want to get to know the Tibal do Sul and Pipa region. Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! Hosting has exceeded our expectations, the space is even nicer and nicer than in the photos. The only point that we believe could improve is the location of the air-conditioning condensing units of some rooms, since the way they are arranged, they end up warming the house a lot (in addition to the heat already expected on a beach, of course) although this point has not compromised our experience.
