Holiday houses in Station 1

We were surprised to discover that this villa is located right inside D’Mall. The trees inside the villa gave it such a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere that you’d never expect cause it was located inside D’Mall. The place is absolutely beautiful, but what really caught our attention was the bathroom cos it’a spacious, stylish, and clean. Ms Lisa, the staff was kind to us. Location-wise, it’s perfect—just steps away from everywhere you wanna go. We truly had a wonderful stay and came away well-rested. This place is a real hidden gem in Boracay. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay in boracay 3-5 mins walk to the center (station 2) if you want to socialize and stay at home if you want privacy. Also near at other known beaches. Best part is the pool is somehow warm so no worries to swim at night. If feels like home! Definitely will rebook once back at boracay. Thank you so much Ms Jinky! Your place completed our honeymoon. We arrived an hour early prior to check-in time but was well received by reception and checked us in with no hesitation. Complimentary late check out was also available until 12pm, with affordable prices for extended hrs thereafter. The place is a short 7 min walk from the beach and uphill coming back, and tuktuk is required most times (P100-P150 for private, P15-P20 for shared) but compared to resorts in station 1, I'd say Mandala Spa has a great location - offers a beautiful, peaceful and quiet forest vibe, which you will appreciate as a contrast to the daily busy beach vibe. Both Signature Asian and Hawaiian Kahuna massages were new to me and my partner and we enjoyed both - targets knots, relaxing strokes. Mandala staff are amazing - professional, calming, responsive. Resort is clean and breathes of fresh air. We would 💯 stay again in this place - we just wish for an updated smart TV (netflix), stronger and more reliable WiFi, and really wish they had a shared pool.

Our stay at Shell Villa in Diniview was nothing short of perfect. The villa is tucked away in nature, peaceful and private, with the most breathtaking view from the balcony. Mornings were magical, waking up to the sound of birds and that dreamy scenery. What made it even more special was the warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We arrived to find the kitchen stocked with eggs, milk, fresh fruits, and warm, homemade bread — such a lovely touch that instantly made us feel at home. They even baked us a cake for my friend’s birthday, which was such a sweet surprise. We also loved the private Diniview beach - quiet, clean, and just a short walk from the villa. It felt like our own little escape, far from the usual crowds. Everything about this place felt intentional, peaceful, and full of heart. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of coming back.

Unbelievable place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place and it was exactly as shown in the photos. We preferred a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Station 1/2/3 while having an impressive beach view/access right from our room and this place delivered in spades! I do have a few small recommendations to make the room even more comfortable: - a few more plates/kitchen tools wouldn't hurt. Adding dishwashing liquid would also have helped - since the upper room doesn't have a kitchen, a usable microwave from the bar or even the room itself would have been a godsend - a small broom would also help especially if we have sand on our foot when we enter the room. Other than that, I would definitely want to return again to this place if we ever had the chance to return to Boracay again. I highly suggest to anyone reading this review to give Rica's place a chance.

Absolutely epic accomodations. Amazing location and killer views night after night. You will be walking distance to every good in the "stations" area. The host are friendly and highly responsive. When I texted to get some fresh towels or restock toilet paper, I never waited more than 5 minutes before someone knocked on the door with a delivery. The grounds are quiet and private but the only access is up the stairs so be ready to hike a little. If the stairs don't bother you, then this place is perfect. Highly recommended! A+++

Myrna & Bernie’s place is in a great location, 150 metres from Willy’s Rock, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, plus great bbq hamburgers at the bottom of the steps. The apartment was spotless, and had the amenities required. We will be back

At least, the location is pretty good. Especially if you want to relax and take your time, Ralph's Place will surely satisfy you. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much.
