I couldn't ask for more just a few minutes walk to the private beach, 24/7 shop and easy bus ride to the main beach

Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

We had a great stay at Myra's place. The host is responsive and helpful. The unit has complete kitchen utensils, wifi, and it's clean and cozy. We enjoyed watching movies in Netflix while eating. The location is quiet and peaceful and it is also located near the station 3 beach with lots of restaurants offering affordable buffet meal. We will book this again on our next boracay vacation. Great space close to all the main water activities and such! Fast WiFi for working as well (300 mb/s during off peak and on peak was around 200 mb/s). Great host, very responsive :)

Peaceful Paradise in Boracay’s Station 3 Our stay in Station 3 was truly unforgettable. The location offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Just a short 2-minute walk to the pristine white sand beach, we enjoyed the serene atmosphere away from the crowds, yet had easy access to delightful dining options nearby. Our host, Marilyn, was exceptionally kind and helpful. She ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided valuable local insights. The beach itself was breathtaking—powdery white sand and crystal-clear waters stretching as far as the eye can see. Station 3's relaxed vibe made it an ideal spot for unwinding and soaking up the natural beauty of Boracay. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in paradise. Very suitable for couples.

Great place! Really clean and nice and clean amenities. It’s a bit of a trek from the centre and not much around in terms of restaurants but it’s exactly what I was looking for. So peaceful and quiet which was ideal for remote work (although the wifi is a little spotty so I’d recommend buying some data). The kitchen is great to prepare meals and then watching sunsets on the terrace each night. Thanks Justin and Rodgie!

Mar's place is really great.. it's walkable and unlike some places in Boracay Station 1 and 2 it's peaceful

Chill place close to the beach. Rosaly and Hermes were friendly. Good ac and internet.

Our previous airbnb got us cancelled one day before check in . I was under pressure to find something for us 9 Persons. Luckily I found Lydias Residence, fast answer and fast help . If you need a relaxing stay in Boracay you are right here. If needed they even organize for you a Transport service (Airport - Port - Lydias and back) So you don’t have think about how to go there etc. The Host/Owner welcomes us personally what we appreciated. The contract Person Sir Joel will help you in everything you need, assist you if you want to go somewhere or just for buying groceries so you don’t have to pay the Tourists Prices. The Apartment is huge and can accommodate easily more than 9 people enough toilets and shower are available so there’s no falling in Line. AC in all rooms available, Wifi/TV/Washing Machine. No Sea view but not important for us. Big complete Kitchen and a rooftop available for Barbecue Sessions. Thank you for having us and for all the Help Hope we see you again

Definitely would stay here again! Loved the hassle free transportation we had from the airport to her place. I had a total of 4 people in my group so that was a huge plus! Once you got to her place, all the amenities of home you could possibly think of was there from kitchen utensils to towels, tissues, hangers and so much more. The balcony was very nice and spacious with nice views towards the beach. Being by station 3 made it easy to access so many restaurants and shops and of course the beach is a stones throw away! They even had complimentary Netflix which was nice added bonus. Overall it’s a great value, amazing location and her staff were so kind and helpful. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about the experience, so I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking to have an amazing Boracay experience! Rinaldo and Jean were very responsive hosts. They responded quickly to my inquiries and ate Elena, the staff at the property, was also easy to talk to. They allowed us to check in early and check out a bit late, which is greatly appreciated by our group. They provided 2 free van trips daily, which was great since the property is located a bit far from the main road and restaurants. The property is very spacious, can easily fit 8 people inside the rooms and probably 2 more in the big and comfy sofas. Toiletries, hair dryer, and towels, an iron, ironing board, some hangers, washing machine and detergent, coffee maker, stove, and some condiments were provided at the property. Each room had its own split type aircon and there is also one at the living room. It really helped us since it was very hot outside.

Great communication with Jennifer and the host . The apartment is right on the beach with the great view. The apartment is very well equipped ( kitchen ) . Very good wifi , great restaurant just next door . A few minutes walk to D’mall . I highly recommend this place

The host is super friendly. His caretaker is so approachable. Always available when we need something. The place is great. Free from noise. Beach front is walkable same as the market. The aircon is super cold and the connection is fast (Since I'm a freelancer, this is a major thumbs up from me 👍) Will definitely go back soon. ♥️

Very responsive and communicative to all inquiries prior to and during our stay. Had a very special request to surprise my fiancée upon entering our rental and Boracay Flats fulfilled it. Very walkable to many wonderful places, our favorite being Levantin, a quiet enjoyable dinner outside beachside. Overall highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay overall. The place was clean, the host was friendly, and the neighborhood was peaceful. This is the place to book if you’re looking for quiet accommodation and privacy. While it's a bit far from the main road, requiring a motorcycle ride to reach it quickly (which is unavoidable but worth noting), it's just a walking distance to Diniwid Beach. From there, you can easily walk to Station 1. We would definitely recommend this place and will consider it for our next trip to Boracay.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved relaxing on terrace with the sunset view for the pool chair was stunning. The bath tub was clean and inviting but too hot to enjoy during the day, even with the roof cover. The host was incredibly kind allowing me to check in early and stocking fridge with fresh fruits and snacks. The property is located on a hilly type of location so getting there is a bit of trek. While it’s manageable for fit travellers but challenging if you have heavy bags. Overall I’d recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind in peace with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from your home place.

It's the perfect hideout for couples looking for a private retreat. Snugged in a quiet and high corner, this place is truly a gem. We were both so happy to have booked it. There's quite some steps to climb on your way up to the apartment but the view makes it totally worth it. The sunset view is magnificent. We rented a motorbike to move around as the resort is quite far in. But if you dont drive, the resort provides free daily shuttle too. There's cooking equipment provided and supermart is just 3 mins drive so it's very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, they give you a number to contact them anytime for help. Simply love this place!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful area that made it easy to relax and enjoy. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from well-maintained amenities to a beautiful surrounding view. What made the experience even better was the caretaker. Super friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the area—gave us helpful tips on where to eat, what to explore, and even assisted us with some local arrangements. A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

It was a very, very perfect experience and I love everything here.Although there are only two bedrooms, the living room has a spacious double bed for use.The host was very kind and went out of his way to facilitate us.It is a 3-minute walk from the white beach, and the kitchen utensils are more complete than my home.It was just perfect, my family and I couldn't afford to leave and would stay here again if we had another chance to come to Boracay.
