Αυτό το studio διαμέρισμα 60 τετραγωνικών βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή του Εύοσμου, 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία , η οποία προσφέρει στον επισκέπτη ότι θα επιθυμούσε για διασκέδαση, με πολυάριθμα μπάρ, καφέ και εστιατόρια αλλά και ψώνια κάθε είδους. Επίσης στον παράλληλο δρόμο του διαμερίσματος υπάρχουν τα πάντα που μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν τον επισκέπτη. Σούπερ μαρκετ, φούρνος, φαρμακείο, εστιατόριο και τοπική αγορά. Η στάση του λεωφορείου για το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται ελάχιστα μέτρα. Το studio έχει ανακαινιστεί εξ ολοκλήρου τον Μάρτιο στο 2020 με όλα τα έπιπλα, είδη υγιεινής και κουζίνας καινούργια. Thanos' house is comfortable and made you feel like you are at home. The space very beautiful and thoughtful. The area is very good and has easy access and the neighborhood quite quiet. If my reservation was made extraordinary (the night before), Thanos was immediately available and very helpful. Definitely if we come back to Thessaloniki we will stay in the same house again!

My stay at Mrs. Anastasia's house was wonderful! The house was impeccable, spotless and had everything I needed! The balcony is magical! Mrs. Anastasia is helpful, supportive and in the end, when I had a small health issue, she gave us the space for as long as we wanted! It's worth a visit !

Ms. Despina is very warm and a wonderful host. She informed us about the area and gave us advice. The house was spotless, we had everything we needed. The private parking at Miss Despina's place was a great chance for us. The house is far from the center, but we easily reached the center in 25 minutes with urban buses, and the bus stops were very close to the house. If you are coming by car, parking a car in the center of Thessaloniki may be a problem. So I highly recommend this house. If we come to Thessaloniki again, we would definitely want to stay here.
