Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

Large and well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, wood-burning and electric oven, espresso machine. Large garden with barbecue, swimming pool and a hot tub. Expenses to be paid on-site based on consumption: wood €8 per box, LPG €6 per cubic meter, electricity €0.36 per kW. Wood will be provided for a barbecue and a hot bath in the hot tub for free.

The villa was built in the mid-1800s by my great-grandfather. Then, over the years, it was restored and improved, always maintaining the classic Tuscan style. We are located between the Val d'Orcia, Monte Amiata, and the sea. We are located 870 m above sea level. The villa is about 15 minutes by car from Arcidosso.

The little house in the banditelle

Among the Maremma hills, at the foot of the picturesque village of Civitella Marittima, stands La casina nelle banditelle. An ancient 19th-century farm, surrounded by green pastures, or "banditelle", which today house an olive grove and a few rows of vineyards. The little house in the banditelle smells of wild fennel, September grapes, crushed olives on the nets in October and wildflowers in spring. The star-filled sky and the evening concert of crickets will bid you goodnight.

We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.
