The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" of Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

The vacation home is fully equipped and has a cozy courtyard. Two parking spaces are right outside the door. Linens and towels are included. Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with partly covered terrace, garden & grill in a quiet location directly behind the dike. The beach in Harlesiel and the harbor of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Due to the location in the "Wangerland" region, spa cards are not necessary.
