Spacious studio in cozy farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural area on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with bath and separate shower. You have your own front door, you can park in front of the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

There is also the outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The fishing water and the boat ramp is 1km away. New in 2024, the porch can be closed off by a wall.

Characteristic house from the early 19th century, with many details, wood-burning stove, nice spacious living room and kitchen with all amenities. We had a great time with the whole family and the dog in this cozy place. Craak-white sheets and nice beds for a wonderful night's sleep. And everything for a large group is available, large pans, crockery in large quantities, garden furniture, etc. At 10 minutes drive there are beautiful nature reserves to visit, in short, all the ingredients were present! There was warning of possible nuisance from the neighboring company Akkermans, which was not too bad in our case. Thank you Jos, also for the nice communication!

We really enjoyed our stay in Marianne's glamping tents. We went with our 2 small children and there was plenty in the garden to keep them entertained for hours! The nights were chilly but we stayed warm with the heater provided and the electric blanket under the bed was wonderful, as was the hot shower! The kitchen was well equipped, we made our own dinner there on the last night. Would love to go back in the summer!

The stay far exceeded my expectations. It is extremely quiet, family-friendly, relaxing and welcoming. All facilities were as described and in order. We did the canoe trip, which was also excellent. The bar & lunch place next to the accommodation is nice and affordable. This is an ideal location to completely disconnect and enjoy.

We had a wonderful time with the three of us in the safari tent! Ideal for families with children under 12. We wanted to explore the beautiful nature in the area extensively, but the daughter preferred to play on the beautiful grounds with the playhouse, the trampoline, the sandpit, the animals,... The tents are very luxurious so you can camp very comfortably in all weather conditions. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!
