Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural area on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with bath and separate shower. You have your own front door, you can park in front of the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

Cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage features a double bed, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Under the canopy is to enjoy the views and the birds. There is also the outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The fishing water and the boat ramp is 1km away. New in 2024, the porch can be closed off by a wall.

Enjoy a quiet holiday in the Groomhuisje of Stal Désirée in the middle of beautiful nature. De-stress. Relax. With or without your horse. Stable with straw, hay, lump. Indoor bin, outside bin, laundry area with warm water, paddock, step mill, free parking space also for trailer. For mountain bikers/hikers 10 km away: Recreation area in Bergen-op-Zoom. The Lodge has 1000m garden, multiple terraces, is located on the water with fish/ jetties. Completely private to you. There can park several (up to 5) cars. Fish water Volkerak at 2 km, boat can be found next to house on private dock. Pets in consultation and EUR20 per stay per animal

If you love water sports, you are a 10-minute drive from the Oesterdam and a 20-minute drive from the Grevelingen. Rotterdam,Antwerpen and Goes can be reached within 45 minutes.

It has 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room with dining area and a large garden with terrace that is fully screened. Free WiFi is available. * You can use the outdoor swimming pool on the campsite free of charge and there is the possibility to rent a private sauna. This is possible during the camping season only!

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The Finnish cottage is a copy of the main house. The fully glass door, equipped with triple glass, offers sweeping views of the polder. The practice greens of the small par-3 golf course are literally and figuratively in front of the door. In the early morning, there's a chance that a hare, pheasant, or patronizing will pass by.

Private Sanitair: Charming 2-person safari tent

Outside on the Baak is a mini campsite with 4 furnished safari tents and 1 pipo car. Plenty of peace, space and fun. At the campsite you can swim, rent a canoe or kayak, cycle through the nature reserve with cycling routes, or of course skate. Enjoy a drink at the Bar aan de Baak, a charming little outdoor bar.
