Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

Beautiful thatched cottage, Barley, Herts

Ravello Rose is a fabulous Grade ll Listed thatched cottage in the historic village of Barley, ideal for walking or cycling and close to Cambridge and Duxford Imperial War Museum. Situated in a peaceful lane a ten minute walk from the village centre and 2 pubs, the property has its own front door with entrance porch, well equipped kitchenette, modern shower and toilet, large lounge diner, inglenook and two double bedrooms. There is free parking for one car on our drive.

"Well House" is a separate guest room & own access

The Mile End Farm "Well House" has its own access, consists of ample space, a double bedroom and more (see photos). This also includes an en-suite shower room and WC . The Bedroom has a good size TV. A light breakfast hamper is provided with coffee, tea , milk & sugar, at no extra cost and a food prep area with microwave and fridge. There is also ample secure off road parking provided at no extra cost. Perfect for contractors or weekend stays.

The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months.

The Domek: Idyllic Hertfordshire cottage

The Domek is set within an idyllic courtyard of the Gotha Gardens at Pembroke Farm. The cottage accommodation is over two floors with an open plan sitting room, diner and vintage kitchen decorated in French farmhouse style, whitewashed beams and oak floors. The bedrooms are fresh and charming with a circular window in the double and a Juliet french window in the twin. The Domek also has its own reserved terrace overlooking the courtyard.
