The home has three bedrooms, a loft and a small living room. The heating consists of a heat pump in the living room and underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it must be taken into account that someone will have to sleep in the loft. Nice apartment with high standard of approx. 50 sqm in Steinkjer city center. Free parking. Short distance to shops, restaurants, cultural houses, swimming facilities, hiking areas and train station. Bedroom with double bed, and possibility for extra sleeping space on the sofa bed in the living room. Heating in all floors. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. The apartment is located in the same house as the host's home, but physically separated on its own floor and with its own entrance. Possible to charge electric car at the property. TV with Chromecast. Bed linen and towels included.

This apartment is spacious, modern, warm and cozy. Beautiful views of the sea and Trondheimsfjorden. The apartment is located in an area that is perceived as quiet and peaceful. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and feel both the morning and evening sun on the large patio and the cozy roof terrace! Good location with transport options nearby. Lovely views of Verdal and Trondheimsfjorden. Perfect for two, but there is room for four (double bed and sofa bed). There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. Peaceful location, no traffic past the house. If you want accommodation for more than four, it is possible to rent an apartment in addition. Possibilities to rent a stable for a horse if needed. Proximity to E6 (3.6km), center Verdalsøra (3.9km) and Stiklestad.
