Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

You can easily take the car or bus to the strawberry picking spots on Tjörn and Orust. Animals are welcome, max two, please not in furniture and beds. It costs 250 SEK when a dog or cat is included in the accommodation.
