Beautiful place to stay, amazing view of mount Kazbeg from the window. Everything was ultra clean and nice.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon und Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Restaurants sind fussläufig nach einem lagen Tag in der Natur schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Kaffee Junkies wie ich: in der Küche gibt es keinen Kaffeezubereiter. Aber einen Wasserkocher für Instant Kaffee. Was nur ein kleines Manko bei der Lage ist.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place, and the host was very pleasant and helpful. The cottage is located in the best part of Sno—yes, it truly is the best location. It’s quiet, isolated from neighbors, and perfect for relaxation. At night, you can enjoy a sky full of stars (especially during late-night walks), along with beautiful horses and donkeys roaming around. The view of Kazbegi is stunning 24/7, annd especially in the morning. We highly recommend booking this place!

L'appartement est bien localisé à Stepantsminda ! Agréable et confortable, c'est que je conseille à tout le monde ! Sans oublié le fait que ça soit abordable, neuf et propre ! La dame de l'accueil est adorable et vraiment gentille. J'y suis allé avec mon frère et quel acceuil !

Нам очень понравилось остановиться у Екатерины, дом новый, хорошо оборудован, было все необходимое, постельное белье свежее и качественное, одеяло приятно тяжелое. Особенно были восхищены видом, который открывается из номера на Казбеги, на веранде удалось насладиться этим видом. Гибкое заселение и бесплатная парковка на территории за забором.

The best stay in Gudauri. We absolutely loved it. It’s easy to reach, perfect location and great restaurants nearby.

Nice and cozy place in Gudauri. Not right next to the gondola, but there’s a nearby chair lift and taxis are easy to get. Great location overall with restaurants and a Spar grocery store within walking distance. Smooth check-in and helpful host.

I’ll definitely would like to stay here on my next ski trip. Very nice and responsive host, clean and cozy apartment. The location is good, not very close to gondola lift (5 min walking) but this is actually good because there is no bars and loud music noise at night. Also the ski depot is in the building so this is very comfortable.

stayed for 3 days. Value for money. Had all the amenities required for a family on a short trip. Iryna even offered early check in and late checkout.

The appartement was very nice, it’s very spacious and beautiful. We’ve liked it a lot! Everything was new in the appartement and it was very clean. There was a lot of storage place to put your stuff which was quite useful for a team of snowboarders like us. I adored the big terrace. What a view! We’ve enjoyed spending time on this terrace while having breakfast with the view on the mountains or chilling after the day of skiing and enjoying the sunset. It was just perfect. And Quentin was very helpful and gave a lot of tips regarding what to do during the stay. It was a very agreeable stay.

We have booked the apartment for a ski in Gudauri, and the apartment was exactly as the pictures and even better. The host was very kind and helped us a lot. The apartment is beautiful and located at the Best place in New Gudauri and offered everything. The building is clean and nice with a reception that operates 24/7. We also had to cut 1 night off and received full refund. I will personally recommend my friends and anyone asking for it.

We had a great stay here for the week while we were skiing in Gudauri! Our hosts were very responsive helping us as any problems arose!

A beautiful place with mindblowing view out the balcony. Lot of space to park outside and the host is very quick with any help needed. Kitchen is full with lot of ingredients, we cooked pasta there with those ingredients. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Gudauri or Kazbegi.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The place is amazing well decorated the view is astonishing you can always go for a walk and clear your mind the room details are phenomenal the hostess did an amazing job there is everything you need in the apartment from kitchen stuff to bathing stuff sufficient blankets and towel its just amazing
