Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stepantsminda

Все было отлично, до подъемников идти минуты 3. Понравилось, что Теа предоставляла шампунь/гель и мыло для рук в полноразмерных емкостях. Второе спальное место очень удобное в разложенном состоянии. На кухне было все, что нужно. Вода из-под крана вкусная, можно не покупать в магазине. Так же в номере свой вай фай, смотрели фильмы в хорошем качестве. Рядом в минуте ходьбы есть ресторан Мgzvarebi, очень вкусно, быстро и цены по сравнению с остальным Гудаури низкие, ужинали там все наше пребывание.

Квартира виглядала дуже добре, все виглядало добре, єдиний мінус це дуже поганий інтернет, а так все було добре 🤗

Были у Нино в гостях, одну ночь. Отличные апартаменты, чисто, светло и солнечно! Отдельное восхищение заслуживает вид из окна на горы. Окна выходят на тихую сторону. В номере очень тепло! Есть СТС kids. У нас дети прилипли к мультикам. Если и были какие то мелкие вопросы то решались за минуты. Рекомендую однозначно!

Perfect cozy apartment , very near to ski place and well equipped

Cozy and nice studio in a very central location with everything you need to run through the week in 2 adults and 2 children. Some furnitures may need some mantainace / to be changed but everything is in working condition. Great host and responsiveness- recommended!

Это наши четвертые апартаменты в Гудаури и определённо лучшие! В комнате очень тепло, при -14 на улице мы уменьшали отопление; что особенно удивительно - даже по полу можно ходить без тапок и не мерзнуть. Помещение очень аккуратное, хорошо продумана планировка, ничего лишнего, пространство не загромождено и при этом есть все необходимое. Особенно ощутима разница в сравнении с другими апартаментами в качестве вещей: обычно это самое дешёвое, что можно найти и чем не особенно приятно пользоваться. Тут же даже матрас на кровати лучше, чем в моей съёмной квартире)) Ещё большой плюс-удобный выход из скидепо. Из окна красивый вид и они выходят на канатку, можно посмотреть, поехала ли не выходя из дома, что особенно удобно, когда её запускают не по расписанию из-за погоды, как у нас было. Хозяин замечательный: отвечает очень оперативно, вежлив, предупредителен, обязательно вернемся снова.

Хорошее жилье, приятный дизайн. Дали номер не тот который был на фотографиях, но он тоже был не плох. Расположение хорошее и везде было чисто

We choose the studio due to it’s view to the mountains and it did not dissapoint! Ski in and out , very close to the main gondola and chairlifts, it was a perfect location for our skiing vacation ! It’s not in the first row so we were sheltered from the apres ski afternoons! It’s close to a lot of good restaurants, ski rentals so we left our car in the parking behind ! The host is very communicative and everything was adressed! The studio is clean and had everything we needed for 3 people!! I will highly recommend it to other friends and for sure to return with the first opportunity !

One of the best hosts I’ve ever met. He had no problem with late check out, he explained us everything, he was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. View is amazing. We will definitely come back

За свои деньги - хорошее место с прекрасным расположением и отличными видами. Если будете тут останавливаться - посетите Троицкую церковь на вершине, туда ехать на машине всего минут 10, а вид просто потрясающий. Хозяйка очень приветливая и гостеприимная, отлично говорит на русском языке, даже встретила меня на трассе и показала куда надо ехать, чтобы я не блуждала по горным переулкам. К дому можно подъехать двумя путями - дорога хорошая, на легковой машине тоже можно проехать. Можно припарковаться во дворе.

For anyone who wants to be in Kazbegi this is the place to be. Private - clean - friendly hosts in a very quiet and peaceful area! Nothing more to say than 2 thumbs up for this AirBnB! Thank you for having us - it felt like home.

We were 3 families, and we loved the place. The kids enjoyed the entire stay and felt like right at our own home... Excellent support from the host during the stay and they waited until late evening to receive us so that our checkin would be smooth. Snow was at the doorstep during 3rd week of December which kids loved, restaurants and other necessary amenities are so near to the place.

The room was clean and the location convenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming — she offered me coffee at check-in, and again when I was leaving, along with some traditional Georgian snacks and a quick tour of her home. Since the house is located halfway up a hill, it’s very peaceful and free from the noise around the lower town square. The short 7–8 minute uphill walk is absolutely worth it. Recommended！

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is incredibly cozy, with a stunning panoramic view from the window. The mattress is super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it easy to cook meals at home. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main ski lift and the best restaurants in New Gudauri. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area, about 500 meters away from the bustling spots, which makes it an ideal place to relax. One of the best features is the cozy little sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The apartment is warm and well-heated, and there’s plenty of hot water—everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. If I return to Gudauri, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it.

Great place . Clean. Nice view from window. Clean bathroom. Big private ski depot. There are a lot of kitchenware in the kitchen. The big fridge. A lot of space for big family, 2 adults and 3 children.

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

We had a great time at Monica’s place. Apartment is huge and has absolutely everything what we needed for 8 days.

Тёплая уютная квартира. В кухонной зоне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды в хорошем состоянии. Большой вместительный шкаф для одежды и удобная вешалка. Достаточно место на батареях, чтобы просушить одежду. Провели в квартире 10 дней. Никаких бытовых проблем не возникало.
