This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Absolutely stunning place! We didn't want to leave. We brought our dogs and they had an absolute blast swimming in Lake Minnow. My wife and I enjoyed walking around the lake early in the morning with a cup of coffee and having bonfires at night making S'mores and cooking Koegel hot-dogs over the flames. An absolutely perfect Michigan retreat!

I highly recommend staying here. We had 9 kids with ages ranging from 10-20 and they all had a great time, never complained about being bored. The house was big enough to where they could have their fun even when the adult needed to sleep. The house was very accommodating and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect.

This was our second time staying at this location. We enjoyed it then and was extra happy this time. There was a large addition added to the place with a very comfortable bed. Gerald was a great host, very responsive to my questions. We would love to stay again if it were still available.
