After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.

The loft is fully equipped with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine plus dryer. Breukelen is ideally suited for a hiking or cycling holiday. The beautiful Loosdrechtse lakes are 10 minutes away by bike. In addition, you can reach the city center of both Utrecht and Amsterdam in 20 minutes by train.

The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.
