Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung. Unser Sohn war fasziniert vom Hühnerstall und dem Hängebauchschwein, das uns beim Frühstück draussen besuchen kam. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und hat uns Hinweise zur Unterkunft und dem Ablauf gegeben. Unser Highlight war die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer aufs Feld und der außenliegende Whirlpool. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es war alles da. Die Lage ist top, sehr nah dran an Amsterdam und an Utrecht. Es sind viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter. Beste Grüße

Kann die Wohnung echt nur empfehlen! Total sauber, schöne Lage und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum. Direkt am Wasser, ruhig gelegen und ein traumhafter Ausblick! Alida auch total freundlich und stets bemüht 🩷 Danke nochmal 🫶

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Vinkeveen. L’appartement est encore plus spacieux et lumineux que ce que les photos laissaient paraître. La décoration est soignée, le canapé et la literie très confortables. Le logement est très bien équipé : cuisine fonctionnelle, salle de bain agréable avec baignoire, machine à laver, sèche-linge, linge de maison fourni, etc. Tout est pensé pour un séjour confortable, que ce soit pour quelques jours ou plus longtemps. Le vrai plus, c’est la terrasse privée donnant directement sur l’eau. Un endroit magnifique pour prendre le café le matin ou un verre le soir au coucher du soleil. Le quartier est calme, parfait pour se détendre, et Amsterdam est facilement accessible en 15 minutes en voiture, ce qui permet de profiter de la ville tout en séjournant dans un cadre plus tranquille. Frederique est une hôte réactive et accueillante. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

Booked this for my parents. I was looking for something without stairs and parking, close to the city and easy to visit outside of the city. This fit all of the requirements, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic in accommodating their needs. I hear they have an amazing restaurant onsite. If my travels bring me to Amsterdam I’m definitely staying here!

Le logement est en pleine nature entre les prairies et un canal avec des moulins! L'accès peut surprendre la première fois car il s'agit d'une route très étroite mais la circulation est faible donc on ne croise pas trop de voitures! Les enfants ont surveillé les cigognes qui avaient fait leur nid juste au dessus du logement c'était une belle surprise. C'était un endroit très calme et reposant.

Wir hatten vier tolle Tage in der Unterkunft (zu dritt). Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, in einer belebten Gegend und trotzdem etwas abgeschieden, da oberhalb des Hafenbeckens. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist am Morgen, wie auch am Abend super schön. Geräumige Wohnung mit Platz. Im Küchenblock fehlen einige wenige Dinge (Schneidebrett, Sieb) und es gibt keinen richtigen Backofen, nur ein großes Multifunktionsgerät mit Grillfunktion und Mikrowelle. Die Ausflugsziele sind super vielfältig und es ist für jeden etwas dabei (sportliche Aktivitäten auf dem Wasser und außerhalb), Fahrten nach Amsterdam oder Utrecht, Radtouren, Museen... Catherine oder die Kolleg*innen vom Hafenbüro sind tagsüber immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Hinweis: Die Unterkunft ist nur über eine außenliegende Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Bij aankomst was het onduidelijk waar we moesten parkeren, domein was afgesloten voor bewoners met een kaart. Toevallige voorbijganger kon ons helpen. (parkeren langs de straat en zeker betalen voor parkeerticket 3,5€ /24h.) Het appartement was zeer mooi en ruim, groot terras met prachtig uitzicht, grote slaapkamers, propere badkamer en keuken. Het was tijdens ons verblijf ook heel rustig. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de dorpscentrum en vanuit Utrecht. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf. We hebben ook lekker gegeten in 'het boothuys', restaurant op 200m van het app.

Great apartment, very neat and clean, comfy beds and spacious bath, cute terrace, nice kitchen and living area. We stayed here mostly to see Utrecht, so if that’s your plan, know that a Bolt or Uber ride to Utrecht Centraal is 25-30 Euros, and on Saturday afternoon it was over 50. There is a bus (B12) that goes to a stop on the train to Utrecht, which would be much cheaper if you’re timing is right. Check out the Ethiopian restaurant across the corner!

If you’re looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay, this is the perfect spot. The four of us really enjoyed our time here. Peter-Jan gave us a warm welcome upon arrival and shared some helpful tips. While the routes along the canals make the journeys a bit longer, the travel time to Utrecht or Amsterdam is absolutely reasonable. We’d be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! After a long day of traveling, we greatly appreciated the quiet and beautiful surroundings, especially the extremely comfortable beds! The only issue we encountered was that the previous guests had left the downstairs windows open, resulting in a lot of flies inside the house. Esther's team tried to remove as many flies as possible before our arrival, and they provided us with an electric fly swatter to handle the remaining ones. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Amsterdam or the Abcoude area!

We had a great week at the chalet and really recommend staying there! The environment is very quiet and peaceful with lots of nature. Still you can easily reach cities like Amsterdam quickly. Maurice and Ashley are very kind and caring hostess, they always replied immediately to our messages.

The house was very well equipped for a family gathering. The kitchen was great for preparing family meals. We were 8 for part of our stay and the large dining room and lounge were ideal for our group. You do need a car or bike to get into Abcoude. Frustratingly parking in Abcoude is not good with 2 hour time limit so bit of a hassle to go to Amsterdam by train as required parking quite a distance from the station and walking but we figured a way that worked for us. The little restaurant next door is busy particularly at weekends but is handy for a bite to eat or a drink. The house has a lovely countryside setting which suited us but does come with drawbacks for example the WiFi isn’t great and the abundant bird life can be ‘messy’ but that’s nature😊 Would definitely stay again.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Irene und Maurice direkt wohl gefühlt, es war sehr gut aufgeteilt, hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die großen Fenster und die wunderschöne Aussicht waren für uns ein Highlight! Auch haben wir uns sehr über die vielen Tipps und Informationen von Irene und Maurice gefreut. Insgesamt hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch auf einem Inselstreifen und ist mit dem Boot zu erreichen. Bas hat uns unkompliziert und entspannt in Alles eingeführt und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist für Naturliebhaber leicht zu erreichen und dennoch nur 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Amsterdams entfernt. Wir vermissten lediglich eine größere Spüle zum Abwaschen des Frühstücksgeschirrs. Insgesamt war es aber eine sehr sympathische Erfahrung.

We had a great stay! Hugo was easy to contact, gave us many local recommendations, and easy to follow directions. The place was clean, had a great view, and is on a quiet street. Location was great, very walkable to all of the main tourist attractions. We were worried about not having a tv but didn’t miss it. Just a heads up to people in the U.S.-bring wash cloths to Europe. All 3 of the Airbnb’s that we stayed at did not provide them. I read that they consider it a personal item, like a toothbrush, and expect you to bring your own. Thank you Hugo!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

Our stay with MorningStar in Amsterdam was absolutely exceptional. The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches that made our three-night stay unforgettable. We arrived to find thoughtful treats like fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us—such a warm welcome! The location was perfect: central, quiet, and incredibly walkable, which made it easy for our family of four to explore the city. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.
