Holiday rentals with beach access in Stintino

We had an amazing stay, Gigi was really helpful and offered nice selection of restaurants. In the accommodation we found everything we needed for the stay. They have even a baby chair. Overall was really good experience.

Veronica's place was as charming as the images. It is located on a beautiful piazza where we had our caffe everymorning before venturing out. The location is ideal as you are right in the piazza which gives the trip a very local flavor. The apartment was very comfortble, clean and had comfortable beds. It also has an amazing shower!! Although other guests have commented on the noise from the piazza at night, we only heard it lightly, once, and it felt like the noises of a charming Italian village. This is a great choice for anyone wanting a special experience!

Nicola did everything to make my stay in his apartment most comfortable. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were spotless clean, the bed comfortable. I enjoyed the last rays of sunshine sitting on the spacious balcony with a sea view and Capo Caccia. The street and neighbourhood are quiet and I was very happy and grateful to be able to use a bike so I could reach the historic town centre within 10 minutes. Supermarkets , the beach and the beautiful pine tree beach are within easy reach. When a problem occurred, Nicola responded immediately and helped. I only recommend 👌 Nicolas air bnb!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Castelsardo und genossen die wunderbare Aussicht von Bett und Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Zwieback, Marmelade, Tee, Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. Auf Fragen erhielten wir immer ein schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Für den privaten Parkplatz ist ein Auto kleinerer Größenklasse angebracht, wir haben es aber sogar mit einem SUV hinbekommen. 😁 Empfehlung: Unbedingt die nette Enoteca nebenan besuchen!

Soggiorno perfetto! L’accoglienza è stata calorosa fin dal primo momento: l’host è stato estremamente disponibile, attento e pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza o domanda. Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf. Een keurig appartement en een vriendellijk ontvangst door Carmelo. Alles was aanwezig en we hebben genoten van het terras met uitzicht op zee. Wij zouden het appartement zeker aanbevelen.

Le logement est très propre et bien situé à proximité des plages et des restaurants. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de Sonia ( glacière, blocs glace prêt, parasol, serviettes de plage ......) ainsi que sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. je recommande sans hésitation .

Très joli logement très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le village médiéval accroché à la colline et proche de toutes les commodités. Christine a été très réactive pour toutes les demandes. Durant le séjour, il y a eu une coupure générale de l'alimentation en eau, Christine nous a tout de suite proposé de nous louer une chambre d'hôtel à ses frais. Cela n'a pas été nécessaire, le problème ayant été résolu dans la journée. Nous recommandons ce logement d'un très bon rapport qualité prix pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner sur la cote ouest. Heaven! Giovanna's place is a serene little place overlooking the amazing sea. Our trip just ended now at the end of May and we felt that all the beauty around us was just for us, since there were few people in the neighberhood. For us that was perfect. The green grass in front of the house was amazing for our little boy who played each day therr as he woke up. We were a family of 4 people, plus the little ine, and the space was perfect for our needs. La Pelosa beach is just a 15 min drive away. You need a car to get around, it is impossible without. Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to have such an amazing time in Sardinia!

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

Wir waren als Familie in Ugos Unterkunft. Die Lage nah an den Klippen bietet tolle Aussichten. Das relativ kleine Haus war sehr sauber. Ein Auto sollte unbedingt dabei sein, unmittelbare Ortschaften mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants erreicht man sonst nicht. Für Ausflüge in den Norden oder Nordwesten ist die Lage optimal.

We stayed at this house for a weekend with a group of six friends and the experience was excellent. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the layout allowed us to enjoy time together as a group while still having privacy when needed. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions, which made our stay much easier. We would definitely recommend this place to groups looking for comfort and a great stay.

Dès notre arrivée chez Damiano nous nous sommes sentis comme chez-nous! Damiano nous attendait et a pris le temps de faire le tour du logement avec nous. Le logement est superbe! Moderne, bien équipé, confortable et d’une propreté IMMACULÉE (parole de fille très sélective au niveau de la propreté). Nous avons profité de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer tous les jours pour les petits déjeuners et les apéros de fin d’après midi. Tous les équipements du logement fonctionnent parfaitement (AC, stores électriques, TV, douche, etc) Pour ceux qui se demandent si l’emplacement est loin du centre historique, cela se fait vraiment bien à pied (magnifique promenade en bord de mer de 20-25 min). Tous les soirs nous prenions la voiture pour se rapprocher du centre historique (4min max en voiture) et il était super facile de se garer à proximité. Une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb, notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Apartment, das von Sonnenschirmen über einen Mixer und Alufolie mit allem ausgestattet war das man brauchen könnte. Maurizio war zu jeder Zeit sofort bei allen Fragen erreichbar und immer super freundlich. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Mein Mann und ich haben die Wohnung von Antonio für zwei Wochen gemietet und haben von dort aus den Norden Sardiniens erkundet. Castelsardo ist ein schöner Ort und von der Wohnung aus ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles super sauber. Der Balkon mit dem Ausblick auf die Burg und das Meer ist natürlich das Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Antonio war jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns Tipps gegeben. So einen tollen vor Ort Service hatten wir noch nie und wir sind schon viel gereist.

The true quality of a landlord is not revealed when everything runs perfectly but when something goes wrong. Due to heavy rain, we had some minor issues around the house. Graziano put in a tremendous effort to help us and resolve the problems. I am very grateful to Graziano for his help and dedication. I would book with Graziano again anytime and can highly recommend his offer.

Apartamento genial, situado en pleno casco antiguo , en una calle tranquila, el apartamento es pequeño , para una estancia no muy larga es perfecto. Las camas muy cómodas.

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria Franca hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, ca. 7 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß und ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Check Inn war super unkompliziert, Franca Maria ist sehr freundlich und was wirklich sehr schön war, dass sie einen Frühstückskorb mit Keksen, Nutella, Tee, Kaffee sowie Shampoo und Seife zur Verfügung gestellt hat - da fühlt man sich gleich herzlich willkommen. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, es gibt auch Spühlmittel und einen Schwamm, was nicht in jeder Unterkunft der Fall ist. Einen Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Wohnung auf dem Gelände. Caterina was super responsive before and during my stay. The check in process was smooth and the private parking in the building is a huge plus. The fresh cherry basket added a nice personal touch. The apartment is centrally located and just a short walk from the beautiful and bustling promenade, grocery stores, many restaurants and bars. Her place is a wonderful base to explore Bosa, La Pelosa beach and such. She provides all the beach essentials including a mat which is mandatory in La Pelosa. Her restaurant recommendations are spot on and we had two wonderful meals at the nearby Alguer Mia. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate most meals in the huge patio. One thing that was a huge surprise was the cappuccino machine. We had bar style cappuccino every single day and loved it. If I'm in the area again, I'd gladly stay at her place. Highly recommend!
