Holiday rentals with a patio in Stintino

The apartment is managed by Fedderica. She is extremely friendly and flexible. The apartment was clean and had what we needed. A double bed, bathroom and kitchen. An ideal starting point for a wide variety of day trips. We can recommend this apartment Wärmsteins!

The apartment was ideal for our stay, in a few minutes you are on the beach and also after a short drive in the center of Alghero. The apartment has its own parking space and is still absolutely quiet. From the terrace, you can look out over fields and meadows, and yet you are well connected. The apartment itself is sparkling clean and furnished to the latest standards. The landlady will immediately take care of any inquiries. Check in was perfect. Stefano was our host. He went through the place and pointing out things. Always very responsive. You would need a car for this location but just couple miles to the center of everything Alghero has to offer.

Perfect stay at home Karmis. Very nice and well-maintained apartment, with lots of spaces and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Really excellent cleanliness of the house, although it was large there was nothing out of place or anything that was not clean and fragrant. Ylenia was a really kind person, also very helpful in giving us local advice, as well as being very clear in providing us with all the information of the house. Very good value. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely accommodation with a huge garden in which our children could play freely. We were allowed to take some fruit and vegetables from the garden and even eggs from the chicken. With the cat, having a resident pet in the accommodation to feed and to look after, set a new gold standard for our children. Annarita and her husband Mauro were great hosts and very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

A house with a lot of (Italian/Sardinian) charm (very well equipped but not impersonally renovated like many other Airbnb apartments) in the middle of the historic old town under the Castel. Especially great: the roof terrace with breathtaking views over the sea and parts of the old town. Good restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Important: Nazareno is a very attentive, friendly and helpful host. Exceptional rating, highly recommended. (Note: due to the location in the historic old town, the accommodation is not barrier-free). All the best for our host Nazareno and his family. We will be very happy to come back.

100% recommended, the house was very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. The outdoor areas are wonderful and we really enjoyed the pisicina and the barbecue Davide was always attentive to everything we needed and was very kind. He recommended activities in the area and places to eat and dine Again, no doubt.

Gina is a wonderful host,always helpful, communicative. The apartment is located in a beautiful location,close to trails,close to the sea and to the town. The apartment is very well equipped (there are even beach towels, a well-equipped kitchen),and the large terrace is an additional space for relaxation. Spent a week in Castelsardo. The apartment was a nice size for the two of us. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bed was comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean was spectacular. The problem we had in early to mid September was overcast skies and a roaring wind over a few days which prohibited its use. The pool on the roof is very nice. The agency working for the host responded very quickly. In short, we recommend Patrick’s place for a pleasant stay in Sardinia.

Danielle was a great host! Sent very clear videos of how to get the key and get inside! Was so helpful with recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and places of interest. Sent a lot of information and replied very quickly! The penthouse was very well kept, very spacious, especially outside on the balcony! Had everything you could need. Highly recommend! Great host!
