Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stirchley

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

I only have good things to say about this place! We felt right at home and Mikaela was very helpful and flexible with the check in. We loved our stay and we would be very happy to come back.

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Airbnb! Within walking distance from Gas Street. The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and very clean. Beds could use an upgrade, however, we slept okay. Kids loved the mini pool table. Was a bonus. Host very friendly!

Andrea has been extremely helpful from the start, he is always available on the phone for any inquiries. I very much enjoy staying at his apartment and if I return to Birmingham again, I will definitely do so.

Great stay. Apartment is as per description. I used it for work purposes and had great facilities for that. Clean and organised but there are also great little touches such as adaptors for charging cables, bathroom amenities. Definitely worth the money and will be my choice again when I come back to Birmingham for work.

We stayed at Kiren’s for a week and the whole family enjoyed it. The house was beautiful, spacious yet cosy. The playground was a bonus. The kids just wanted to go back home quickly to play outside. And Kiren’s so responsive, every doubts or questions she will answer straight away. I would book again if I ever come to Birmingham.

A nice, fully equipped house in a quiet street, but close to shops and pubs, easy walk into Tamworth town centre, and good for walks along the local canals and in the wildlife reserve

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

My friends and I had a great stay at Spencer and Lauren's place. There was plenty of space for 5 of us and we enjoyed the garden and games room very much.

A 5 star stay. We came from Australia and New Zealand for a wedding and this house was the perfect base for it. For the two weeks we stayed here we felt absolutely at home. The house is stunning, plenty of space and all the amenities you need. Nik even made sure we had a mid stay clean half way through. He was a very welcoming host from the start and was always available if I had any questions. Couldn’t recommend this house to anyone more and it has certainly made me want to come back! Easy check-in, timely response, a homey feeling, worth recommending

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.
