Tolle Unterkunft! Der Strand ist ca. 500m entfernt und direkt am Yachthafen. Hier sind tolle Restaurants und Möglichkeiten etwas Essen zu gehen. Auch das Zentrum von Split ist schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Vielleicht ist es für größere Personen wichtig zu wissen, dass das Bett relativ klein ist (140*200)

I can’t tell you how amazing my stay was. I stayed for a month to remote work and loved my time here. I had a great base to visit all the surrounding areas and had friends come to stay. So close to split, the airport and omis but also podstrana is perfect and not crazy busy like the city. The best hosts possible! Being a solo female for most of the trip this made such a difference having friendly hosts. They made me lots of local food, cakes, jam, fresh strawberries from the garden and even did me and my father a bbq!! It is best to have a car to get around easily but also you can walk to a local beach if you just want to chill. The apartments has everything you need to cook and more, even hair straighteners. Would give 10 stars if i could and will plan to come back if i stay in this region again.

We had such a lovely time at Toni’s place! Toni is a great host — super friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The house was very clean and cozy, and we really loved staying there. The garden was one of our favorite parts — full of fresh lemon trees and even cute rabbit running around. It felt peaceful and special, like a little escape. The best part? The view of the sea! Waking up and seeing the ocean every day was amazing. Overall, it was a perfect stay for us. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax

Had an amazing week at Shelena with my partner and family. The apartment was beautiful, incredibly clean and had everything we needed and more. The surrounding area has amazing views and shops a short walking distance away. It’s the perfect location if you’re wanting a peaceful stay but still being close enough to the old town and other attractions. The real highlight of this trip was the unbelievable service we received from Stipe’s wife Silvija, she was always happy to help providing us with welcome drinks and a charcuterie board, giving us restaurant recommendations, offering to take us to the supermarket when it was hot and making us fresh tiramisu! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!

Very nice and professional host. Not so many tourist, as you would see in the center of Split, and the apartment is literally a stone's throw away from the beautiful sea.

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

Если коротко - это самая лучшая квартира, за все наши путешествия. Я считаю, что эту квартиру нужно показывать всем арендодателям, как эталон хорошего жилья. В квартире есть все и даже больше того, что вам нужно и понадобится. Рядом хороший пляж, можно дойти пешком или на авто, много торговых центров. До центра можно доехать на авто всего минут за 5-10. Мы очень довольны, что выбрали эту квартиру. С удовольствием еще раз поживем в этом квартире.

Ines og hendes familie er fantastiske værter. Lige som man ønsker sig det. Man kan bo 100% privat i lejligheden, som var man hjemme. Også selvom om værterne bor i lejligheden ovenpå. Familien var yderst behjælpelige med at besvare spørgsmål omkring det lokale, både når vi mødte dem og her på chatten. Lejligheden har som vist på billederne, en perfekt terrasse/balkon - 50% overdækket, så uanset vejrforhold, kan tiden nydes udenfor. ⭐️ Et ophold ved Ines og hendes familie kan kun anbefales! 😎💪🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in dieser wirklich besonders schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer. Morgens den Tag mit Kaffee auf der Terrasse begrüßt und da auch abends den Tag mit dem Blick auf die Skyline von Split beendet. Besser geht nicht... Lily und Jonathan sind sehr aufmerksame und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemühte Gastgeber. Ganz lieben Dank für alles! 😊

Nagyon szép szálláshely. Csodás kilátással. Parkolás kicsit nehéz, de mindennap sikerült ingyenes parkoló helyet találnunk nem messze a szállástól! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Extra nagy szállás ,7 főre tökéletes , tágas volt. Köszönjük Marina!

Beautiful place. Basically had everything we needed. Uber to city centre cost €5 each time and took about 10-15 mins which was fine. Bus system was available but ubers were just easier. Everything worked fine from the air con to oven to shower. The bed was actually extremely comfortable especially since we were expecting a couch bed with decent comfortability but got a large double bed instead (thank god) Super easy to get in and out of the building and genuinely felt super safe in the area.

Boravak je bio fantastičan! Smještaj je uredan, čist i opremljen sa svim što je potrebno za ugodan i bezbrižan odmor. Domaćin je bio vrlo ljubazan i brzo je odgovarao na sve naše poruke, što nam je mnogo olakšalo komunikaciju. Jacuzzi je bio poseban dodatak koji je naš boravak učinio još ljepšim. Sve je bilo točno kao što je opisano i predstavljeno na slikama. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji žele kvalitetan odmor i sigurnu uslugu! ☺️

Me and my friends loved our time in Split and Josip’s place was the reason why! Absolutely stunning apartment only a 20 minute uber from Split and lovely beach a 5 minute taxi down the road. Being with my mates by the pool and BBQing was what made our holiday so enjoyable so thank you. Josip was great and made us feel very welcome - even dropped us off a few beers. Would certainly recommend and if I’m ever back in Split I know where I’ll be staying!

Everything overall was great, Jelena was friendly and gave us clear instructions for self check-in. Apartment was clean and cozy.

Ines was very responsive with messaging and always happy to help. The apartment has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the hot tub in the sun during morning time. Ten minute drive from split. Would recommend to a friend and very much hope to return

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

The view is breathtaking. What you see is exactly what you get. The place is clean and nice also they were both very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war sehr fein eingerichtet und man kommt sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Bus überall hin. Super wäre eine Beschreibung auf englisch die den Boiler und den Whirlpool betreffen. Wir haben uns darüber gewundert warum das Wasser im Boiler kalt wurde, bis wir den zusätzlichen Schalter beim Badezimmer Eingang für den Boiler gefunden haben. Beim Whirlpool gabs eine kleine Kommunikationsschwierigkeit welche von Daniela aber rasch behoben wurde, aber auch hier wäre eine Beschreibung nützlich um dies zu vermeiden. alles in allem super Aufenthalt gewesen.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Apartment wäre auch gut für vier Personen geeignet. Die Sofabezüge wirken etwas altmodisch, doch die sensationelle Aussicht auf das Meer und die grosse Terrasse mit Whirlpool, lässt einen das sofort vergessen. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Airport zur Unterkunft war perfekt organisiert. Vielen Dank für alles

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

We had the most amazing stay! The apartment is beautifully designed, modern, and equipped with everything you might need. The view from the terrace overlooking Split is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect - peaceful, yet only a 15-minute drive from the city center. Lucija is a fantastic host - super responsive, always available, and full of great tips and recommendations. Our bachelorette weekend couldn’t have been more perfect!
