Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

Self-contained annexe with private entrance in peaceful village near Newbury, with private outdoor space, walking distance from Newbury Showground and a 10 minute drive from Newbury centre. The annexe has a comfortable double sofa-bed and en-suite with shower. It has a desk, TV with fire-stick, WiFi, mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Outdoor you will find an outdoor seating area, exclusive to the annexe, with swing chair and dining set. Towels, bedding and toiletries are provided

Relaxing luxury lodge Ideal place for horse racing

3 bedroom spacious lodge set in a private 22 acre park with FREE SECURE PARKING. Newbury Racecourse is on one side of the park and Crookham Golf course on the other. Living and dining areas in the lodge are open-plan with vaulted ceilings and panoramic views are through 2 sets of bi-fold doors. A built-in fire safe BBQ is attached to the outside decking (no other BBQ's can be used). Hot tub is not in use. Guests use mobile phones, create a hot spot for Wi-Fi. Not really suitable for infants.

Situated in Hungerford Park with beautiful surroundings to take a walk or maybe venture into Hungerford town a traditional market town with antique stores, tea rooms and unique boutiques. Hungerford is close to Newbury on the trainline to Reading and London. The A34 and M4 are close by giving goods links to Southampton, Oxford and London.

The studio also lends itself to anyone who wishes to pitch a tent outside and enjoy a camp fire in the wood as the evening sun sets. Summer bookings June-September weekends two night minimum.
