This property is amongst the best we have ever stayed at. The actual property is so well presented with every amenity you could wish for, the location is stunning with immaculate gardens and surrounds. Karen and Simon are so attentive and ready to help ! Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

JohnRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our stay was first rate, and we would happily stay again. We initially wanted to stay for one night and then extended this to 2 and Alison was flexible and responsive. The studio was cosy but also cosy and fresh. The shower was pleasant and the breakfast items were a very nice touch. The location is excellent and having parking so centrally is a real plus …thank you very much Alison.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

KellyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We didn't meet Graham but Alison was very friendly and welcoming. The lodge was well equipped with everything you would need for a long or short stay. We had beautiful weather and took advantage to sit in the patio and soak in the absolutely beautiful surroundings and enjoy the peace and quiet. We visited the local pub in Necton 'The Windmill' and the locals and servers were very friendly and welcoming. We came to Necton to visit friends who lived near by in Ashill which was a short 10 min drive away taxis were a little difficult to come by but we found Al's Taxis who were very reliable and left a card in the lodge when we left. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for letting us stay it was an absolute pleasure xx

Cosy cottage annex on organic family smallholding

EleanorRating, 5 starstoday
It’s great to stay at the Bakery and see Lucie and Phill. They’re really great company and always welcoming and friendly. The cottage is peaceful, well organised and comfortable. We really enjoy cooking in the kitchen and sitting in the garden. The beautiful chestnut tree offers dappled shade and everywhere there are lovely flowers. Lucie thinks of everything. Our stay was absolutely perfect as always. 😌🌳🌸

The Old Piggery was a beautiful and seclusive cabin with plenty to do within walking or a short drive distance! The premises was spotless when we arrived with the bonus amenities adding to our lovely stay. Everything was perfect and we could not ask for a better, cosy stay in the countryside.
