Beautiful apartment in the most beautiful surroundings. You couldn't ask for a better location. Sue was fantastic. So helpful. Can't wait to go back.

This property is in such a beautiful village, that we never wanted to leave! The space is bright and airy, w/everything needed to be comfy. There’s a binder w/everything you need to know, plus info about the 2 local pubs & dining options, etc. (Thurs. night at the Catherine Wheel is a MUST!). You won’t find anything remotely touristy in the village, which is why we loved it so, but it’s perfectly situated for easy drives to Bath, the Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm & The Farmer’s Dog (for Top Gear/Jeremy Clarkson fans), and so much more! Check out Soho Farmhouse in Chipping Norton for a truly fantastic outing! The Goat Shed has a double gate behind which you and your vehicle are safe and secure (although there’s no need for concern of that in Marshfield!). A grass lawn awaits your pet or children to play in, with zero risk of danger or escape. These 2 ladies from Canada and the U.S highly recommend a stay here (just bring a face cloth, as that was the only thing missing)!

We have just arrived back from a fabulous stay at River's Street in Bath. We booked to visit during a peak weekend for an event in the park, so the price was as anticipated but it was definitely worth it. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with beautiful decor. Just a short walk from the event, and also the main shops, bars and restaurants. The owners were fantastic at providing information and recommendations in the run up, and check in was easy and straight forward. We had never visited Bath before but we now love this city and all the beautiful buildings and history, so will definitely be back one day! Thanks again for making our weekend memorable.

We were very impressed with Katherine’s friendly and responsive communications. It felt like a home from home. The apartment was very well equipped and we loved the eclectic style, particularly the artwork. The view of the beautiful garden was another outstanding feature. We would definitely like to return sometime.

The flat is outstanding in its style and comfort. The block really is an icon of architecture and wow factor.

From the moment I arrived, Simon made me feel at home. He’s a great fellow and the accommodation is beautiful. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and the views are just incredible. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again any time I was in the area. Thank you 👍

A great house in a very central location. So convenient for everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

What a beautiful house. All the rooms have been finished to a very high standard. Very clean and beds were very comfy. The kitchen area had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend it. I will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our time in this hilly small village. We went and ate at the local pub. It is a hilly walk we drove. Super friendly people. It was a lovely spot to be to visit the Cotswold area.

Nice flat, well kept flat in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed a week here and had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The host is very responsive.

We loved our stay at Yasmine's beautiful home. The photos don't do this gorgeous, colourful, art filled space justice. Everything exceeded expectations - we would love to come back. The neighbourhood is very cool, we didn't need to leave at all to find beautiful places to eat, drink and walk. We found the record collection a huge added bonus too! We stayed for only one night as a halfway point for a long road trip and wish we could have stayed longer. The accommodation was truly stunning, spacious, pristine and immaculate. The small park next door was perfect for letting our dog have a run and sniff. Location is brilliant with lots of amenities on your doorstep. The hosts were incredibly friendly and checked in to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. We hope to book again!

Was a great check in with John who gave clear instructions and a brief intro to the apartment. It’s an historic building nestled in a beautiful secluded spot but immediately accessible to Stroud including a walkable supermarket. We were treated to a brass band on Sunday morning from the park bandstand opposite! Comfortable and cosy interior perfect for our short stay. John was the perfect gentleman and host

This stay was one of our favourites, the property was amazing and the location couldn’t have been better for the activities we wanted to do. The TV caught our attention immediately as it’s so big it feels like your very own personal cinema screen and as for the rest of the apartment it really does speak for itself. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again myself. 10/10

We stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary and daughter's first birthday. The apartment is in a prime location for exploring Bristol and has great places to eat close by to the apartment. Has got to be the best accomodation we've stayed in, everything was clean and set up for our daughter. It was spotless as well and we appreciated the milk left for us. Thanks again

Very clean, lovely little space. Handy kitchen and nice sized bathroom. Comfortable furniture to relax on. Sarah was an excellent host. Communicated brilliantly. Lots of recommendations and information in the space for food and places to visit. Very handy when we wanted a simple takeaway one evening.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jane Austen’s former home—charming, quirky, and full of character. The apartment is beautifully restored with a perfect mix of historic detail and modern comfort. From flagstone floors and Georgian panelling to surround sound and a rainfall shower, every space is thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the light-filled kitchen overlooking a rose-filled courtyard and the cozy, art-filled living spaces. The location is ideal, right across from the Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens, and Maxwell was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and attentive. Sitting at the wooden desk, it was easy to channel your inner Austen, finding inspiration here. A peaceful, welcoming home that made us feel both transported and completely at ease.

just home from a fab stay at Mel's place, great location to explore Bristol, the apartment was lovely and clean and Mel was great to communicate with, we'd happily stay again next time we visit Bristol!

We enjoyed our stay. The airbnb was exactly as listed. A pleasant place to go "home" to each night. We would use this place again if we go to that area again.
