The Bullock Lodge, Lea Farm, Rye Foreign

Really beautiful spot, gorgeously decorated and in a wonderful setting - loved having the sheep and cows right outside the windows! Charlotte was so helpful even providing a high chair that we needed and sending some recommendations. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and the beds were super comfy with lovely linens. The perfect spot to explore from.

A truly magical experience! The hosts put so much heart into making sure we felt right at home. The house has everything you could possibly need, and every little detail is so thoughtfully taken care of. You can really feel how much love and effort went into creating this place – it’s absolutely beautiful. We had such a special time here, and we’re heading back home relaxed, happy, and full of good energy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful memories. Karolina, Greg and Piotrek

The Old Piggery Orlestone cosy country conversion

JaneRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Caroline’s studio cottage, in the grounds of her beautiful home, was just delightful. We chose it for its proximity to the Gusbourne vineyard but it was also an excellent base for other local attractions including Battle, Rye and Camber sands. We loved having breakfast in the small courtyard outside the cottage, and the interior was furnished very tastefully. Caroline was an excellent host and we would highly recommend this property.

Unique 14th century house in the Citadel of Rye

CarolRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. Thank you so much Becky, for all your quick responses and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property. Kind regards, Carol.

Tenterden -Stunning 3 bedroom Lakeside Lodge

AlexRating, 5 starstoday
Richard met us at the property on Friday evening and was truly gracious in taking the team to greet my and my partner and tell us about his wonderful space and the surrounding nature. A kind and accommodating host, and the property was stunning. We enjoyed our stay and the personal touches made it that more special

Idyllic 2- Bedroom barn with amazing views

AlanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great time staying in the barn for five nights. There was plenty to do - we visited some old favourites like Great Dixter and Sissinghurst, and explored fascinating Rye. The Woodcock pub is a wonderful find - friendly, quaint, great food , and we ate there twice. We thoroughly recommend Cajsa's place to stay.
